Google5I can't say enough about how impressed I was with the service from Sterling. My garage door failed on one of the coldest days of the winter. I called at 3:00 in the afternoon and they scheduled me for a service call the next day. The service technicians arrived and determined the problem quickly. They made the necessary repairs quickly and had the door working better than ever. They are on my "A" list now.

Google5Came right out next day when I called about maintenance! Fixed it same day they came out, 10/10 recommend they even fixed the mistakes made by prior garage door install Smiths Garage Door which could of hurt someone since they installed a sensor wrong

Google5After a friend had a very positive experience with Sterling, I decided to call regarding a problem with my garage door remotes. Peggy was so helpful! She diagnosed my problem over the phone and got some information about the unit and the remotes and gave me very specific information that allowed me to obtain a correct replacement remote from Amazon that worked immediately upon arrival. She made no effort to upsell me or send a team out to do an unnecessary diagnostic. The integrity that this displays and the helpfulness with no cost benefit to her company shows me that these folks are in it for the right reasons. They won’t fix what isn’t broken. I highly recommend this company and if I have any further issues with my opener, I know exactly where I’m going to go to get the work done.

Google1Bought garage doors from these people approx 5 years ago. Called 12/27 asking for key pad replacement. Was supposed to come week after New Years. Called again on 1/27 to find they no longer service my areas and didn’t bother to call me back. Less than helpful in finding someone to help me. Do not recommend.

Google1I had Sterling garage door come out to diagnose my motor not working and they said the entire unit needed replaced. The technician was either lying or incompetent (not sure which is worse). I can say that because I had the Overhead Door Company of Columbus come out for a second opinion and they quickly fixed a broken gear in the assembly for much less than it obviously required to replace the whole unit! I'll definitely stay with Overhead for any issues in the future!

Google5Peggy was super nice and really helpful. I had an issue with my garage door sticking and the tech who came out was equally nice and did a wonderful job. This is the second time working with Sterling and I wouldn’t go with anyone else!
