Yelp5Ray was our service tech and hands-down the most professional honest man I think I've ever had to fix our garage door. Ray came to our house For the first time on Friday April 16th 2021. In taking apart the main operating system he mentioned needing to get a "Board" / fuse for my older garage door opener to fix the problem. He called the office to see if they had one available, they did thank goodness! Ray came back out on Monday April 19th, FIXED !! Our garage door opener now runs smoothly and it's very quiet. I truly appreciate given options instead of being told I need a brand new garage door opener. We HIGHLY RECOMMEND OVERHEAD DOOR .

Yelp5Update to earlier review: Finally got my overhead doors painted to match the trim. I had asked the installers to leave the weatherstrip off until I got it and the doors painted. Had a painter come and do it since I'm terrible on high ladders and then was in a pickle because I couldn't put the weatherstripping on after it was painted. I called OHDoor and asked if they would come back and install it for me. I was fully expecting to pay a call out/service fee since the doors had been up for 2 months now. Chuck was out the next afternoon!! And, they didn't charge me anything for doing that! Now that's service!! They obviously love their business, and want you as a customer for life. They got me, and I couldn't be happier.
