Google5Our experience from initial meeting with Keith right to Rinaldo and his crew at install was so enjoyable, professional, helpful and meticulous results. Keith helped us make the best financial, environmental, and efficiency decisions for replacement of all our windows. We are very pleased with our choices and installation was amazing. Rinaldo and crew worked tirelessly and cleaned up everything. They even took off their work shoes when they came into the house…and it was much appreciated considering it was February in eastern TN. We would recommend Keith and Rinaldo again and again. Pella Replacements was willing to undertake our job even though two local Pella vendors would not entertain our request for a quote. Also…cost was a fair price and well worth the investment.

Google5My experience with Keith at Pella was amazing.. we designed the windows for each space with price and functionality in mind.. he was so helpful and awesome to work with! The install day was seamless.. I’ve never seen a crew so tidy! I didn’t have to clean inside or outside after they left which is unheard of! The final product is beyond my expectations.. totally modernized our cabin and added so much value while also providing care! Would totally get more windows done with this whole crew!

Google5Our purchase and installation of Pella windows in our home was wonderful. From our first phone call to request a quote, we could not have asked for better service. Our project coordinator, Keith, was personable and professional. Once the order was placed we were contacted several times with updates on the progress. The windows were ready early and the installation went smoothly. Installers were professional and very efficient. I would highly recommend Pella. Thank you so much

Google5We met with Keith for our door consultation and he was so professional, kind, and informative! He helped us make the best choice for the replacement door we needed. He also showed us how to use our windows for a cross breeze without our cat being able to escape through the screens! The installation team was timely, efficient, and helpful. Our sales representative worked with us to get the best pricing available, he checked in with us during our installation to ensure everything was going smoothly and to see if we had any questions or concerns. We would like to work with him, in the future for additional windows and door replacements. Our installation team arrived on time, they were very careful with our property, tidied up the work areas, each day, as they progressed through the job, and they moved quickly and efficiently to install 26 windows in 2 days.

Google5Keith did an absolute amazing job! We purchased full house windows and doors because of him. We had a less expensive alternative but he was so knowledgeable and professional that we chose Pella as our provider. He took so much time with us to choose the right options and made us feel secure in our purchase. We can't wait to see the final product!
