Google5Eric the owner is truly a professional. He answered my call at 7pm. He listened attentively to my door problem. Told me when he could be at our home. He arrived on time and quickly analyzed the problem and gave me immediate confidence and trust he could fix our problem. Essentially he went through both our doors top to bottom. We exchanged several text messages to coordinate the work. Not easy these days to professionals who are actually who the say they are. Top of class work at a fair price.

Google5I'd like to take a moment to give a shout out to Eric Staples owner of Ridgeline Garage Doors and his right hand man, Darryl Vaughn. The spring on my very old garage door broke and rendered my garage door useless. Eric and Darryl came out the same day I called and did a temporary repair that allowed me to use the door until Eric was able to get a new set of springs for my door. They returned this morning with a new set of springs and installed them for me. Eric and Darryl were very professional and the charges were reasonable. As a former construction safety professional I have to say that they both used excellent safety procedures to protect themselves during what was a potentially dangerous repair of my door. Thank you Eric and Ridgeline Garage Doors for a job well done!

Google5These guys are prompt, courteous, and knowledgeable. I had a problem with Ashe garage doors. They failed to properly repair my door three times, and in the end, just ghosted me. Ridgeline came out, checked to mechanism, found the problems, and fixed it quickly. Thank you guys
