Google5Our door would not close. Another company said and told us our system was too old and we need to replace all the doors, which sounded odd since our house is pretty new. BRadco came and fixed my broken electric connection same day. Looked at our system and said it’s solid and will last another 10 years. I felt like the individual that came over (relatively young, name Paul maybe?) was sharp, very knowledgeable, and very professional. He didn’t try to upsell anything to me that I don’t need. That builds trust. When I need a new system, BRadco will be the first call I will make.

Google5I recently moved to Sharon, and as a first-time homeowner, I had a lot to figure out, one of the first things on my list was replacing my garage door. Cathy and the team at Bradco made the whole process easy. They were super flexible, answered all my questions, and got everything installed quickly without any hassle. The new door looks awesome, and I couldn’t be happier with how smoothly everything went. If you need a garage door from people who really know what they’re doing and treat you right, I highly recommend them.

Google5I used Bradco for garage door spring replacement recently and I'm very satisfied with their service. I got their contact from a couple of people's recommendations without looking into their google review yet. Very reasonable price, friendly customer service, and great service within the same day of request. I actually called 4~5 companies to make an appointment and try to get a quote or rough estimation. Bradco is the only one which can provide the clear break-down of the cost estimation after I described the issue. I don't understand all those bad reviews for Bradco, but I do know that some scamming people are leaving fake reviews on their competitors' website. I actually received a couple of scam calls from a 5 star reviewed company, and this fake company has all of their "good" reviews posted within 2~3 months. Google needs to do a better job to identify true google users and to protect the genuine local businesses.

Google5We recently used Bradco for garage door replacement. One door failed. Bradco came to do a temporary fix within an hour of our call. We discussed options for replacement and ordered new doors. We were told what the wait time would be and it arrived when promised. Office staff and installers were personable, courteous, professional and extremely easy to deal with. I would recommend Bradco without reservation!

Google5Had been thinking about getting a new “wood grain” look garage door and reached out to Bradco. Alex went above and beyond from start to finish! I got to customize my door, choosing window style, detail hardware, and color of the wood grain feature. Very responsive and professional. The installation was fast and seamless and haven't had a single issue since! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
