I ordered 3 very expensive doors on one project which looked great. I attempted to order 3 doors for a new project. There was confusion as I texted info to what turned out to be a cell phone. When I called to clear up the confusion, the owner went into a rant about how I was dishonest, evasive, and a generally bad person. This on a phone call where I was trying to give them $6000 worth of business. I bought the doors from a local Clopay dealer (Thompson) instead Services Rendered: install 3 garage doors

Lizzie installed 2 Clo Play (Coachman Carriage Door Series) Garage doors on a new house that we had built in Sunapee, NH. Less than one year after the install panels began pulling away from the door. When contacting Lizzie about this he said that is because we painted the doors which caused them to heat up. However, when we purchased the door, never did he mention that the doors could not be painted. To combat matters, when we called to inform him of the issue we were totally dismissed and found owner to be extremely unprofessional in helping solve our problem. I will never do buisness with him again and would strongly recommend that any considering using them for serivces immediately consider someone who will stand behind their work and is more professional in their dealings with unsuspecting consumers. Lesson learned and never to be made again. Services Rendered: Lizze installed 2 new garage doors on a new house constructed in Sunapee, NH

Back in 2005 I bought two Genie garage door openers from Home Depot, and paid to have Home Depot do the installation. After a few days after the installation, the doors would intermittantly stop opening and closing. After several calls to Home Depot and Genie, and after having the person who installed the openers back out to the house, Home Depot decided to have Lizzies Garage fix the issue on their behalf. I received a call from Mrs Lizzie to ask me what the issue was and when they could come by. I was stunned at the level of unprofessionalism and how rough she treated me. She proceeded to lecture me as to why I should not have gone to Home Depot in the first place, and screamed at me on the phone. I thought I was dealing with a mad woman. She kept calling Home Depot "Home Cheapo", and made it seem like I deserved problems since I went to them. She was very bitter. I was desperate to get the openers working, so I swallowed my pride, bit my tongue, and put up with her attitude and scheduled the appointment. The young man who showed up from Lizzies was polite, professional, and on time. The only issue was that he wanted a $200 check before he would even start any work. Since I had already paid Home Depot for the labor, I had to call them to get this settled so he could start the work without the check. He went to work, looked over the openers, made some adjustments, and told me the reason why the doors would not open was because the garage doors were too heavy. This turned out to be not true. The door openers continued to be an issue, so Home Depot told me they could give me back my money for the openers and the installation. I pulled down the openers, brought them back to Home Depot and got my money back. The next year I had another company install openers and haqve never had an issue! I would never deal with Lizzies because of the unprofessional attitude. Services Rendered: Lizzies Garage was contracted by Home Depot to fix my garage door openers, after Home Depot installed the original openers. Lizzies came out to my house but could not get them fixed, but not after a lot of grief over the phone.
