Google5We've engaged Lynoka Garage Door Services a number of times since we bought our house, and they've always been professional, kind, and top-notch when it comes to customer service. I emailed them an SOS on Tuesday, and Scott came on Thursday to take a look at the matter. The poor guy -- he'd been waiting in our driveway for 20+ minutes before I noticed his text! He immediately diagnosed the issue -- the light sensor was pointing at the floor -- and fixed it up right away. I will ALWAYS work with Lynoka for anything to do with my garage doors!

Google5Noah came out at the scheduled time and replaced our three-decade old opener with a brand new one that has smartphone/app connectivity. He made sure the chain was the appropriate length and adjusted the opener for the correct amount of travel. He also installed the unit's safety sensors at the base of the garage door, which were different from what our old opener had. Great service and also friendly and polite. Definitely recommend.

The before-and-after speaks for itself—the garage went from an eyesore to one of the best-looking features of the property. The new door fits perfectly, seals tightly, and operates smoothly and quietly. Noah was on time, professional, and clearly knew what he was doing. He handled everything efficiently, cleaned up after the install, and made sure the final result looked symmetrical and polished. If you’re considering upgrading your garage door, I’d highly recommend Lynoka. The quality of the workmanship completely transformed my garage and added real curb appeal to the house.

Google5Lynoka did a great job from start to finish! They followed up with me immediately after my request and installed the door within a week. I had purchased my own door from another retailer and the door was ok at best. They were able to reinforce some of the areas of the frame of the door to insure that I would not run into any future problems - I really appreciated that! The service was completed within a couple hours and, they cleaned the entire work area and took the old door away! Excellent work and highly recommended!! Update - one of the pulleys broke on the garage door and they came within a couple days and did amazing job fixing the door. They stood by their installation guarantee and fixed it at no charge !! Thank you !!

BBB1We initially called to have glass replaced on one of our garage doors.They came to the home and informed my wife that we ought to replace all the tracks and motors for both doors.My wife made a decision to move forward with this work. I supported her decision but found it strange they recommended all this work when we had zero issue with any of what they wanted to replace. But I figured it was getting old and may as well.The work was completed and appeared to be sound. However, within the first week I discovered the door was getting jammed about 3/4 of the way up about once every 4x of opening the door.I noticed that the new track they installed was bent and catching the wheel,My wife called and left a voicemail and followed up with a subsequent call three days after the initial vm. We were never contacted back.This past weekend, I opened the garage door. I sat in my vehicle wrapping up a phone call for about 5 min and then backed into my garage.The garage door was jammed 3/4 open as it had been doing sporadically, hard to notice when backing in. The antenna was ripped off the car. This will cost thousands to repair the vehicle, gaping hole.I called Lynoka, very upset that my new car had a hole in it's roof and that they had not returned my wife's message and call to repair a job that cost $2,500. In the vm I told them I would be contacted consumer affairs and seeking legal action should they continue to ignore our calls for service that now resulted in massive damage.The owner, *****, contacted me Monday via text, he told me he would be blocking our numbers and wanted to communicate via email. He let me know he would not service the door for fear of safety based off my angry tone. I'm not sure who would be happy having faulty products installed and damage to property. ***** told me it was my fault.Zero customer service skills or care for their warranty.Beware of their business practices as they have no desire to help once they are paid.
