Matt showed a strong pragmatic approach that led to affordable and effective results. Matt was good at interpreting an effective solution within a specific budget. Matt always executed as promised. Matt communicated clearly as to when he'd be there and was always punctual. We also liked that Matt was self sufficient but made sure to touch base with us where necessary. Most importantly, Matt did everything as promised and always with a positive can-do attitude. We now have a revamped garage that looks very nice and is a lot sturdier. Services Rendered: MDB revamped our old, rickety double garage: - bolstered the interior structure with new posts and beams to sturdy the garage (this successfully helped straighten out the sag in the roof) - fixed our overhead garage door (put springs in, added cables, added electrical motor + remote, put lock in) - put in a new side entry door (incl. keyless entry lock) and 2 new side windows - added rain gutters and downward spouts along both sides of the garage - built a bee-hive-like wooden structure around 3 air conditioning units for aesthetic purposes - painted the exterior of the garage and trim Price included labor as well as materials.
