Mortland Door Systems did a great job of repairing our garage door that had broken. They showed up as and when promised and left the site clean and picked-up after working. And the price was fair, too. We. would not hesitate to call on them again.

My door motor was on its way out, and being the wife’s side needed to be done sooner than later, so I did my research on top rated garage door openers. Lift master was consistently top rated for noise and reliability, also my other garage bay had one as well, and I always liked the my Q function as my last house had this add on feature as well. So I set out looking for a place to purchase, and it was Mortland door systems in Rockland. So I arrived at the showroom and was greeted by the friendly staff. I sat down with a wonderful woman named Nancy who was very pleasant and knowledgeable about all of the different models, and features that were available. Once I decided which model I was going to purchase, and load into my truck to install that day, I asked just out of curiosity how much the installation was (as I had replaced them on my own in the past at my last house) and the price was extremely reasonable and saved me more than likely several trips to Lowe’s for hardware etc and a few curse words during my time up on a ladder, I booked an installation. Ryan came out the following day due to a cancellation in his schedule and was polite, professional and he completed the installation in a reasonable time frame (as well as even cleaning up any mess created) he then programmed the remote unit and answered any questions that I had. I would highly recommend using them again.

Mortland was great! I called before the snow storm since my garage door was damaged. They were quick to schedule and the team went above and beyond to fix the door, help reprogram remotes, and gave me some tips to help keep the garage running smooth. Highly recommend.

What a great company! Bought an old house with a very old garage door opener. Their tech, Greg, was fabulous. He came out to assess the situation and said our 30-year-old-plus door opener needed replacement. Since it’s an old house, we also needed some new cables and, most importantly, we needed a way to fit the new opener in the tight space available. Greg diagnosed what needed to be done, gave me a quote, and came back a week later to do the installation. He did a fabulous job - even adding some extra bolts to secure our aging garage door so that it opened and closed properly. Highly recommend Mortland - they’re responsive, knowledgeable, professional, and dedicated to providing great service.

Moreland was incredible! They installed our garage doors when we had our house built 8 years ago (great job BTW!). Unfortunately I backed my car up before the door was all the way open and took the bottom panel out of alignment. They responded to my call professionally, were here exactly when they said they would be, the technician was both well informed and creative enough to realign the door (Avoiding the cost of replacement) and it was all done with friendly interaction. Thank you very much!!

I ordered 2 garage doors, 1 for my weymouth house. It was installed in april. The 2 guys that installed it were amazing. Helpful, respectful, helped move stuff, and Cars for access to do the work. They cleaned up perfect. I was impressed at their professionalisn. 5 stars is not enough. 10 is better. In december 2 different guys came and installed the cape garage door. They were equally, again outstanding in every respect. I need to order 2 more doors for my dads house, and will again contact my sales rep rick. He was excellent As well. Such great attitudes to insure customer satisfaction. The Garaga door seems very good too. Thanks. Ken.

Spring broke on one of two doors that were installed when we built house 13 years ago, builder had recomended Mortland Door install doors. Called and very pleasant woman answered phone (shocking in the age of voicemail), looked up our address and verified they had installed doors, asked if we needed tech to come out that day to get car out of garage which we did not (car was outside when door broke). We scheduled for a tech to evaluate door about a week later, explained they needed tech to look at damage to determine what parts were needed, and asked if we wanted to be put on cancelation list which we did. Two days later received a call that tech was in area & had time to come by, he came by, determined what was required, serviced other door to make sure nothing was wrong with it & said office would call next day to provide estimated repair cost and schedule repair. Received call next day, scheduled repair, and they came as scheduled and fixed for estimated cost! Could not be happier with service, response time and reasonable price!

Adam was excellent. He was on time, so I was able to meet him at the house and get back to my office in no time flat. He was knowledgable about the system. He serviced the doors thoroughly, reprogrammed both keys, so I could use both doors. I was only using one for a long time. The doors don't creak anymore. Works like a dream. Fast friendly service. Adam also gave me good advice about another gadget in the house. I will definitely call them again next year. Arrived on time and went right to work. Removed all old door and opener parts-left no trash behind. Door exactly as ordered. Gave explanation of how everything worked. Was gone by early afternoon.
