Pick a different vendor. I am extremely disappointed. Their backup repair staff was nice except for the gent who installed the wrong device to begin with. He banged huge holes into the garage doors. He didn't care a bit about what type of work he did. THis was incredibly poor work. Services Rendered: I needed an automatic garage door opener replaced on a double door garage - side by side. I kept the old doors as they were in good shape and were very good & study. The previous owner had original garage doors installed by Danvers Overhead Door as well. A contractor installed the automatic door openers & did a poor job. He banged all the bolts so hard into the wooden doors that they sank below the surface of the door itself. John even tore off the molding around the doors with the back of a hammer and ripped up some of the molding. When I asked about the damage, he suggested that I fill the cracks and broken parts with wood putty and repaint. I was willing to settle if the doors opened with the new remote control. At first the doors worked but several tweaks later the doors would get stuck and I would have to manually pull down the door. I called to complain & they sent a repair man who told me that the wrong pulleys were installed. He replaced them & the doors worked for a while. A few months later, I had to call again as the doors were getting stuck. The repaid man came again & addressed the issue. Now, it's a year later & I have issues periodically. I rarely complain but I am incredibly disapppointed with the openers now. AFter spending $1100 plus a tip, the doors do not work well. Do yourself a favor & try someone else.

They gave me their sticker because they wanted to come back again. They were very good. They were very prompt because it was a service call. There was somebody right there when I called if there was an issue. They came out that afternoon. They didn't have the part with them, but they fixed it so that I could get out of the garage. That was really good. I think it's a nationwide company, so the one we used was local. I paid about $1000 for their service. I would definitely use their services in the future too. Services Rendered: Overhead Door Co of Middlesex County repaired our garage door in April of this year.
