Google5My mother was moving out of town and on the day before we were scheduled to leave her garage door opener died. The first available appointment was not for several days but when I explained the situation to the sales person she arranged for a tech to come out that day and confirm the problem and schedule the repair before we left. Great customer service and reasonably priced.

Google5Mark M. went above and beyond helping us with our garage door, which ended up having a surprise mouse inside the motor. He acted quickly to unplug it and keep everything safe. He helped clean it, trouble-shoot and ultimately create a plan for installing a new one. Very appreciative!

Google5I want to compliment Overhead Doors of Danvers and your service rep Mark Munford! I had trouble with my remote door opener and asked to have a rep stop by my home to fix or replace. Not only was Mark on time but he straitened out my remote in record time. Additionally he didn’t need to replace my remote as he was able to reprogram it. Currently works great! I live in a condo in Newton with five garages, and all the owners here have been extremely satisfied with their work and professionalism. Most recently, they fixed my garage door, and the experience was absolutely great. Their team is efficient, skilled, and truly knows their craft. The quality of their service is outstanding, and they make the entire process seamless and stress-free. Overhead Door Danvers located in Middleton is a company you can trust. Google5I wanted to send a quick note to say how great Justin was. He diagnosed a mystery problem with my doors which were intermittent - sometimes fine, sometimes not working via keypad or clicker. And while the units are all 15 years old, he spotted I was using LED bulbs which apparently can block signals. I loved that his first approach was not to replace, but to fix. I've since bought specific for garage LED bulbs and the problem is fixed. And the kicker - while he was there for about 15 minutes, you refused to charge for the visit. Great experience and a loyal customer for life. Thankyou.
