Google5I called for a garage door tune-up, and they gave a full inspection, tightened everything, and lubed all the parts. No upsells, just honest work. Now the door opens quietly and smoothly. I’ll use them yearly for maintenance.

Google1This company installed a garage door. We had a basement unit added to the garage, and when the city building inspector came out to ""final"" our project, he pointed out that the garage door has no vents, which are required in San Francisco. I immediately texted ""Joe,"" whom we had dealt with on the garage installation, and he didn't respond. I then phoned Joe and told him about the problem. He told me that he would get back to me, but didn't. I waited through the weekend and texted Joe again, he didn't respond. I phoned him and he said that he would get back to me after checking with his ""technicians."" He never did. I phoned the following day (today), and asked Joe what the delay was. He told me that he checked with all of his technicians, and none of them were familiar with garage door vents. I asked him how this was possible, since he does lots of business in San Francisco, and these vents are required in San Francisco. Joe said that there was nothing he could do. If you live in San Francisco, don't use this company. Also, when I asked why he was unfamiliar with the San Francisco requirements, he replied, ""I had no license when I installed your garage door!"" Avoid this company, they are not reputable.

Very patient and communicative during the beginning production phase to figure out details of options, colors and HOA permits. Quality of hardware is good and work was very carefully done.
