Google1Paid $435 to fix an electrical problem in my dryer. Dryer still not working. Very disappointed. ** Update: they came back and claimed to find a totally unrelated problem that will cost $500+ to fix!! Un-believable. Stay away feom these crooks!!

Google5The technician was Rudy M. He was courteous, knowledgeable, polite and went above and beyond to repair my range. Highly recommend him. The repair was arranged by the manufacturer of my oven so there was no cost to me.

Google5Colin was on time and very nice. He was patient and listened. Ultimately, there wasn't an issue with the oven so it was really just good piece of mind to have a tech confirm it.

Google5I’ve used Sears appliance repair many times over the years, always fast service, quick diagnosis, quick repairs done. Techs are honest, explaining everything discovered, and the cost to repair. I highly recommend!

Google2Repair person was fantastic. The warranty/home services is misleading and the change the rules from the time I signed up until the first service call. Complete scam. They do not cover most repairs or appliances.

Google5Great service- the problem was clearly explained and fixed. Scheduling delivery of the parts and the actual repair date was quick and easy. The dryer works like new now- very happy with the repair itself and our repair technician!

Google5Vonzell was polite, curtious and had an infectious smile. He worked swiftly and diagnosed the problem in a timely fashion. Once the part was delivered he came back and made the repair in 20 minutes. Very pleased with his service and I'd recommend him to friends / family.

Google5It was a pleasure having Ricky as my service technician today. My problem with my refrigerator has been going on for over 3 months. My original technician came September 5 and stated he needed to order a new water/ice dispenser for the refrigerator. Never heard from him again and found out original service ticket was closed and I was never notified. Ricky came in and went through the refrigerator and since I had a new water filter I asked him to install it since it was close to being replaced. Lo and behold the water started to dispense like new. It appears that the filter may have had an issue and Ricky was able to save the day. The new water filters with these refrigerators is very hard to snap in place and last time I had to call on my neighbor to tighten. Ricky found that there is a device that slips on the base of filter to help snap it in place. Ordered it from amazon right away. Service tech was a gentleman.
