    We used Superior Door Service for the lock on our commercial door of the building. The technicians were great - very personable and knowledgeable. We initially thought that we would have to replace the door, and they were able to save us money by installing what was called the Mercedes-Benz of door locks. We were initially quoted $850 and I did my due diligence to speak with a member of the office team because that felt like a high quote. We have replaced the lock in the past and it never was this much, but since it was a higher quality lock we ended up deciding to vote on it and bite the bullet. We asked if there was a warranty included with the $850 and was reassured that there was a 1 year warranty on the part if it gives any issues so we decided to move forward at that price even though it felt high. Fast forward, we received an invoice that was almost $100 more expensive. When asking why it came out higher than the quoted amount, they said that was the cost for everything to which I asked well why was I quoted $850 then. It became a brief (because I refuse to debate for long) back and forth of he said she said where I was told that because they didn't take note of the fact that they had quoted $850, then basically tough luck (they didn't say tough luck but that was the gist of it as we just both awkwardly sat in silence after I asked what is the path forward). So I am going to pay the invoice but my advice to anyone who hires this company is to make sure they send you the invoice before the work is completed. They talk about how they have so much work to do (that's what he said in our first call as his reason for why it was taking him long to put together my invoice, which is what led to the work being done before the quote and invoice were delivered). If you are cost-conscious, I would say just proceed with caution, as they are a more premium cost service provider compared to what is out there and they have no problem giving you one quote then invoicing you another and then telling you that they never said something (but not explicitly because it would be rude to tell someone they're a liar especially when they're not lying).

    The team at Superior Door Service was nothing less than stellar. My door fell off the track made the call within a couple of hours their tech was there to get us back up and running with no down time to business.

    Superior Door Service has been a great company to work with! The customer service experience is always pleasant no matter if you are working with the office staff or the technicians. They are always very responsive. I recommend anyone with door service needs to contact them!

    We had an overhead roll up door at a loading dock break and fall off the tracks. Superior Door Service had the availability and came by with two techs a few hours after I placed the call. The techs worked for a few hours and fixed the door to where it is completely functional. I thought we would have to replace the bottom panel - which would take weeks to custom fab and ship - but the workers were able to miraculously repair the door to a point where it appeared aesthetically decent enough (before they arrived the door was smashed into pieces and bent to hell). We will only be calling this company for rollup door service from now on.

    First off I called several supposed “door companies” of the 5 I initially called 4 of them didn’t even respond and the other wanted a kings ransom to basically replace my commercial door. So I found Superior door by mere chance and boy I’m glad I did. Colin the tech who came simply addressed the situation and fixed a problem (door wouldn’t remain closed by wind) that has been an issue for nearly 5 years and did it for a very fair price. Will I call again if I have an issue with basically any of my doors ? You bet I will and you should too. 5 stars super price superior service

    I was looking for information on a service request, considering I've never worked with this company before. A woman named "Marta" was who I was transferred to. When I tell you she is the most rudest person I've ever encountered, it's disgusting. Super sarcastic. It was as if it was a burden to be doing her job! I've been debating for weeks if I even write this. But this company needs to do something about this lady. I asked to speak to a manager and got hung up on. Who does that? Was looking forward to working with the company until I had this encounter.

    Poor service over the phone, they would not give us pricing for doors, and didn't explain why. Isn't this a door company? You'd think they'd want to make money
