I am so happy with my experience! From Matt coming out to do the quote, to my communications with Kim and then Chris cutting the glass - they were all amazing! They got the job done ahead of schedule, just in time for Easter and for my mom not to worry about her recently refinished dining room table. They were all so professional, courteous and skilled in their jobs and I would go back for any glass needs I have in the future!

Traynor glass is the best! It's why I love small businesses. I had a broken mirrored closet door. Not only were they able to replace the glass, they straightened the fame. I asked them if they would deliver it and the said sure. They delivered it and even brought it upstairs to the bedroom and installed it. I doubt many businesses would have done that. Traynor Glass went above and beyond for me and I highly recommend them!

My parents have been long time customers & always recommend Traynor because they’re the best. I’ve been here a couple times now. My most recent experience was having glass made for my wood-stove. My installer broke one of the pieces so I went back & they gave me a discounted replacement. After new installation, the glass cracked from another installation error. Brought the piece back and Matt gave me a replacement for FREE! I couldn’t believe it, I’m very thankful & appreciative that he would do that for me! The quality and finish of the glass is high quality. I won’t be going anywhere else going forward. 6 out of 5 stars for this place!

I contracted with Traynor glass to replace 20 yr old garage doors . They were professional and took the time to listen to what I wanted to achieve. They made suggestions and in the end I got exactly what I wanted in quality, appearance and an improved R-value on the doors . They scheduled the install a week ahead of time and Confirmed a few days prior to the install date. The day of the install I was given a courtesy call and their installation specialist arrived right on time. The tech explained what was to happen and approximately how long it would take . They were neat clean and highly organized. True professional. They even finished early. The tech ran me through how to operate my new doors and the new benefits that came with them. They clean up and took all the debris as well as all the old doors and parts . I will recommend Traynor glass to all my friends and business associates . It was great working with a company that emphasized customer service!!

We had Traynor Glass out to our house for 2 jobs. The first was for mirrors and glass shelves in our bar area. The second was to replace a large half-moon window in our living room that had cracked. In both cases they did amazing work and I would highly recommend them. I found out about them through our builder.

We had a large custom window that decided it wanted to crack. This window was roughly 10'x3' on the second floor with a spider crack going right through the middle and extending up to the top of the window and down to the bottom, no easy task to replace. Traynor Glass came out to work up an estimate that worked with our schedule and provided the estimate on the same day. Once we decided to move forward they ordered the glass and scheduled our install. These guys are super efficient. They had the old glass out and new glass in within a few hours and there was no mess to clean up. They were on time, professional and did an excellent job and it came in under our expected price. We are extremely happy with this company!

Dennis from Traynor arrived promptly and within minutes told us exactly what the problem was and fixed it within a half hour as well as adding handles to the doors so that if it happened again, which he assured us it wouldn't, we could more easily open the doors. They were wonderful. I had them last year and I liked them. They were scheduled for today and one man came. I love their company. They tell me who is coming and tell me when they are coming. They are very prompt and very professional. They just do a good job. In the end, they told me stuff that I could do on my own like how to set my remote. Nobody has done that before for me like changing batteries, so I was very pleased. I haven't contacted any other company for the price. They are not the company who installed it for me as that company has closed. I had some emergency, so they came immediately. I tried them again because I had some problem. Services Rendered: Traynor Glass Co serviced both the bays on the garage doors as one of the doors was not working properly.

Traynor Glass of Hampstead NH is a lousy place to do business with. They are never ontime and constantly cancel appointments even if they were made a month in advance. I had a problem with my garage door and called someone out to fix it. Well an idiot by the name of Matt shows up and after examining my garage door decides to tell me at this point that he is not here to fix it he is just doing a "site review". lmao at "site review" as if im building a freaking house. Ok so I took a day off of work for this!!!! Then I go ahead and schedule an appointment that is 5 weeks out which is when my next vacation day was. Ok so the appointment was on a friday morning at 9am so I called on Monday of that week just to make sure we are all set for friday. The "clown" on the phone says yes everything is all set and the parts are in stock. Then on thursday morning (the day before appointment) they called ME just to again make sure I will be keeping the appointment. I tell them yes and the next thing I know its 8:45Am on friday morning and they call to tell me that there has been a mistake and that no one will be able to come this day. All a bunch of lame excuses that boil down to someone banged in sick and since no one over there knows how to fix anything their operation comes to a standstill. I told the person on the phone that he was an idiot and that this company along with its lame employees are incompetant and extremly unprofessional. I would suggest to anyone who uses this company to search elsewhere for their glass or garage door repairs. Bottom line is TRAYNOR GLASS of HAMPSTEAD NH is a lame a** company thru and thru...thanks for listening! Services Rendered: see below...
