Williams does a great job delivering oil on a consistent, reliable schedule - as part of a full-service package. And then we had a loud rumbling coming from the furnace, so I called them to take a look. The first time I called, late on a Sunday night, the guy said he would be happy to come out but that there would be a charge above the package price because it was off-hours. I called back Monday morning and someone came out that day and quickly diagnosed and fixed the problem - for no additional cost. Very pleasant experience. Services Rendered: Regular oil delivery; emergency repairs.
