Angi5It went AWSOME!! I have used him in the past and now that I am on Angie's list I wanted to state that he has all ways been very reasonable, on time and willing to do anything needed even after hours. He has gone out of his way when I needed him most. I remember one time it was after hours and I told him what was the trouble was (a sunday) and he came right over and looked at it and said he would be there the next day to fix it and bright and early there he was. YEA!! If you need help this is the go to guy for garage door help and installs Services Rendered: Readjusting my sensors for the door to operate

Angi5Discussed my problem and different types of systems, they didn't try to upsell me and I settled on a Chamberlain 1/2 hp belt drive for quietness. The appointment was set for 8:30 am on 12/31/14.Temp was -10 degrees, so wondered if they would call and cancel. Both Garys showed up exactly on time, performed the work very professionally in one hour, bill was exactly as quoted and they took the old garage door opener and chain with them to dispose of. Very pleased and would highly recommend. Services Rendered: Replaced garage door opener

Angi5I called Accent Garage at 4:30pm on Friday and left a message. Five minutes later I got a call back. Gary arrived exactly at 9:00am Saturday and figured out the problem. The service was exemplary. He was recommended by my son-in-law and I would definitely recommend this company for any garage door problem. Services Rendered: He checked out the sensors, secured a loose wire and adjusted the garage door.

Angi5Gary cleaned and lubricated all of the wheels. Also, the door had been jamming at different times. Gary discovered that the garage door had not been installed correctly, so he moved the track so that the door didn't bind. Door is working great now. Services Rendered: Cleaned and lubricated the wheels; and fixed an alignment issue.

Angi5Our garage door wouldn't open this morning because one of the springs snapped. I had used Accent back in June 2008 to replace the springs. I called them and they were here in less than one hour. The springs were replaced and they tightened everything up as well. I would recommend them and will definitely use them again if needed. Services Rendered: Replaced garage door springs

Angi5The springs on my door broke late Sunday night. I called Gary early Monday morning. My door was fixed by mid-afternoon on the very same day. Gary was prompt, polite, and I will hire him again when the need arises. Services Rendered: Replaced broken springs, oiled and lubed joints.

Angi4Gary was quick to respond, did exactly what he said he would do and arrived on-time. He was polite and didn't have any issues at all with install. Seemed really expensive when I compare one that I bought a couple years ago for $350 which included 2 remotes, new wall button with eye, belt drive (quiet) and new exterior keypad. I hired Gary at what I felt was an expensive price because I was hoping to repair my old one, so I would have had a service fee if I didn't hire him for replacement of the unit. He first said it would cost $350, then he said a bit later that it would be around $370 with tax. That was okay with the extra amount for tax until he wrote the invoice and there was no tax, but he charged me $360. I guess he wanted to raise the price after his original quote and isn't paying the government the tax portion he quoted after all. I gave a 3 for professionalism because we are moving in a couple months to a new home and I'm in the market for 2 more openers. I asked him for a quote, he gave all sorts of reasons that he didn't know the door height etc.. I told him I believe the door height is the same. I guess he didn't want to provide a quote and I will be going elsewhere for my 2 new openers I need shortly. Services Rendered: Replaced garage door open with new liftmaster 8065 with one remote, no keypad and kept existing wall control button.
