Google1I’m not one to bash a business but sometimes it’s necessary. On Friday we had Consolidated Doors of West Bend install a new garage door. Within the second time of using it, the opener was smoking - totally blown out. Finally got a hold of someone today after trying multiple times and they told us it was “just a coincidence” and the “best they can do” is take off $50 from a new opener. The man we spoke with was extremely rude, interrupted & tried to speak over us. Take your business elsewhere!!!

Google4Grizz came out and worked on problems. He was straight forward, efficient, kind, great sense of humor, and a delight to talk with. I've had service several times with Consolidated Door in recent years and have to give them credit for work well done and reasonable prices.

Google5Simply wonderful! Jacob and Andy went above and beyond installing our three garage doors on this 90+ degree day. From the minute they arrived to the moment they left I was continually impressed. Both men were professional, prepared, enthusiastic, and represented their company well. I would have them back for future jobs without reservation, and will definitely be recommending this company to my friends and family! Together they answered no less than 1,000 questions from my inquisitive children without even a hint of annoyance; as a parent, this means so much! Thank you!

Google5Garage door spring broke. I couldn't get my car out. I called at 8 a.m. when they opened. Matt was working on a door down the street from me and was able to get a new spring put in and I was on my way. Prompt, courteous, professional and personable.

Google5The lift cable on my garage door broke last night (Mon 11/18/24). I called Consolidated the next day at 8AM. The guy in the office said he could have someone out later in the morning. 30 minutes later Matt called and said he would be at my house in 15 minutes, & did so. It took him about 10-15 minutes to replace BOTH cables (the other was badly rusted too). Excellent service!

Google5On Saturday, June 29th I went to leave at about 9:15 and my garage door wouldn’t open because of a broken spring. I called Consolidated and the door was fixed by 11:45. Very quick service and a fair price for a Saturday emergency call.

Google5We needed springs replaced on our garage door. From my phone call for repair, a very caring young man, to the nicest smiling repair man, Dave. We couldn't be happier! Called Consolidated Doors in West Bend on Monday. Next day service & on time as scheduled. The best service we could ask for! We definitely would call them again! Thank you so much!

Google1As others have commented good luck at having them stand by their work or products they install. Warranty period is N-1, where N=current month. The warranty is 18 months, when you prove you are within that window the warranty then becomes 12 months. So no matter what you are outside the warranty window. In the event you have any issues you are just flat out hosed and will incur additional charges. Minor issue they also don’t have tape measures or a level. Multiple controllers mounted on wall and blatantly obvious they were not properly spaced which was easily adjusted to improve aesthetics. More a lack of pride in workmanship than an actual functional problem. Edit: I think it is fair to say some amount of time was spent on the Response from the owner. Rather than using that time to debate the merits of the issue at hand why not spend that time troubleshooting the issue so a resolution can be found? All myself and the builder are asking for is troubleshooting to determine if there is or is not an issue and make necessary repair if needed.

Google5Very friendly and helpful! Recieved follow up calls, and Perry showed up quickly. He did superb work, explained everything very well, and was done with his work in a short period of time. Highly recommend them!
