Google1Poor customer service, very unprofessional. Made promises that they could not keep. Half did the job then when asked to come back out they said 30-40mins but never showed up. Do not recommend!!

Google2Not completely satisfied with the work. JustPro replaced my garage door springs and they did not set it correctly. The door did not close all the way leaving about a 1/4 gap on the bottom where cold air was coming in this winter. I called them back and they said they fixed the issue. However they did not. The problem was partially corrected. I called them a second time and they never came back to fix the problem. Service originally done on December 3, 2024

Google5I am very satisfied with the installation of our new garage door. Ramon took the call and was able to book the appointment the same week. Aurelio Martinez the technician did an excellent job installing the door and in less time than expected. I definitely recommend Just Pro.

Google5Ramon was extremely personable and professional on his on site assessment! He analyzed the situation and made a couple adjustments and applied Lithium Grease on both track screws and door springs which solved our issues of noise and opening problems!! Excellent customer service, Ramon👍🏻
