Google5My garage door was hot mess. I thought it was hopeless. Jason and his partner replaced the springs, rollers and fixed the door and it works perfectly. Gold Medal customer service for sure. He is genius.

Google5I first used Jason to replace my home garage door with a nicer, much much newer insulated garage door and was beyond pleased with the quality of the CHI door he provided and his pricing. I'm typically the kinda guy that searches around for hours to find the best price / quality ratio. Generally speaking I like to buy something that is a little more expensive than your run of the mill product so long as its a much better quality. Upon first talking to Jason about a garage door and available styles and options he told me prefers the CHI doors and see their website for colors, etc... After doing my research I agreed it was the right route to go for me. I called Jason up, told him what I was looking for, he picked the right door for me and gave me a price that was very competitive to others. Honestly i was expecting for the price he quoted to simply get JUST a new door, but when he showed up its new everything!! Door, tracks, springs, etc. I was surprised to find that this door came standard with new nylon rollers as well, my brother who's in the trades suggested I should pay extra for this option, but opted not to even ask for it as i didn't think it was something I even cared about. Well, let me tell you... I love how much quieter the nylon rollers are!! Fast forward a few years.... When it came time to get a nice all glass commercial garage door I didn't even think twice on who to call. Once again, I'm blown away with the quality of the CHI doors Jason sells, the customer service provided and timely installation of such said door! Don't waste your time searching around for other garage door's or installers! The Garage Door guy is who you WANT selling and installing it!!!

Google5We hired Jason to replace 2 -17 year old doors and openers. From start to finish, Jason was courteous and professional. He answered all of our questions, offered options, and quoted us a very competitive price. We scheduled an install date and he had the job completed in 3 1/2 hours from the time of arrival. He explained the warranty, showed me how to use the "MyQ" phone app which is really cool for monitoring your doors, and made sure any mess was completely cleaned up before leaving. I would highly recommend Pfeiffer the Garage Door Guy to anyone needing service, new doors, or openers!

Google5I don't give lots of 5 star reviews out of principle. Jason and his team earned it though! Responded and showed up in timely manner. They did excellent work at an affordable and competitive price. Needed new bearings, cables, and tension rod. They came in, did the work, and tuned up the whole component. I can easily say I have a trusted garage door guy I can call and refer to anyone looking.

Google5Jason is the BEST garage door guy in the world!! He is very friendly, courteous, professional, and knowledgeable. We have used his services several times between broken springs, adjustments, and a slight accident that required a fast repair. Jason always takes the time to explain things, provides us options/recommendations and price quotes, and sticks to them. He is a rockstar!!

Google5Jason came out the same day to fix a broken spring on my garage door. He lubricated everything and it works great. He is kind and professional. I highly recommend his services. Additionally, I called a handful of other companies and they gave me the run around with sub-contractors coming out to my house, which i did not want as i really only trust businesses who have their own employees. Jason answered his phone immediately and scheduled a time for my garage issue later in the afternoon. I will be recommending him to all who ask and use his services as needed in the future. Google5I called Jason on Thursday because my garage opener and the springs on the door was holding my vehicles hostage. Decided to die on me after 20+ years. Jason was there midday Friday for what I thought was an estimate. Well, he came to work and get the job done, expeditiously. His price was very reasonable, and it barely took 90 minutes from beginning to end. I highly recommend him and his partner.

Great service, highly recommend calling or emailing Garage Door Guy LLC if you have a broken spring and you're in Milwaukee.

Google5Jason did a great job installing our new garage door opener. When it came time to replace our garage door we knew who to contact. We had a really heavy, old wooden door. He provided us with a pamphlet that had all of his options. He recommended a few to us and was back soon after to install. Great service and price.

Google5I’ve had had issues with my garage door for years and attempted to go through a larger company in hopes it would get repaired properly. They installed the wrong springs, the door wasn’t properly balanced and the garage door still never worked great. I was recommend to call Jason and I am so glad I did. He came out and had everything working great. He was super professional and his rates were super fair. Jason will be my go to garage guy from now on. I can’t recommend him enough!
