I don’t know what has happened. This company was prompt with their estimate and promptly installed a new garage. I paid them just as promptly. A month later The garage door needs adjustment - some of the bolts were not completely tightened and there is a half inch gap between door and frame molding. I have been trying to reach them for eight weeks by email and phone. I have not received a reply. And I’m stuck with a door that isn’t right. I’d be happy to reconsider this review if there is some extenuating circumstance but for the moment I am deeply disappointed in this company. UPDATE - AUGUST 27, 2024 - I have tried to contact this company by email, phone, mobile phone and thru this site and have received no reply. My door still is working correctly, although it was installed by this company less than six months ago. I can only conclude that this company is out of business or has very poor service after sales.

Then while talking with him found out that I was close friends with his GrandMother, Father & Mother, and Aunts! All I can say is "Awesome"! They did an awesome job, repairing my garage door! I put a request in and less than 30 minutes, I was contacted. They immediately came to my residence and repaired the issue! They were very courteous and very professional! The cost was very reasonable! We originally called Bellisle for a garage door repair. They showed up within 30 minutes of my frantic call of finding my garage door on the floor of the garage and had the door repaired within a couple of hours. They even finished the installation of the garage door opener we were working on when the door fell. They didn't try to upsell or add on any additional services. They did a fantastic job and left the area cleaner than they found it. We later found out that they could also repair siding so we had them come out to repair some rotted siding. They came out to look at the problem area, gave us a reasonable estimate within a couple of hours, and did the work 4 days later. In both instances, Kevin showed up ahead of schedule, worked efficiently, worked quietly, and left the area cleaner than he found it. Within an hour he had the garage door working like new. I am amazed at his professionalism and honesty. He never tried to sell me something i didn't need. If he treats everyone the way he treated me there will be no reason to call anyone else. Services Rendered: Provider came out after i had an issue with another garage door company in Brunswick trying to up-sale me on a garage door that needed repair. They were very understanding and professional. Once he got to the house he told me the garage door was not needing replaced and likely needed no parts to make it operational.

Answered questoins about possible future replacement of parts or whole door. Made adjustments so it works better now. We recently moved into a 25 year old home in Brunswick Georgia that had two garage door electric lifts that were made and installed in 1999 and 2001. Both door lifts were still functional but did not have the seeing-eye safety-reversing feature installed. Both units also needed alignment, lubrication and a few replacement parts. We called Bellisle Garage Door and Kevin Bellisle returned our call within an hour and set up an appointment for the service call. Kevin came to our home right on time and determined what would be needed to make the system work. He also provided us with a very reasonable quote of $155.00 for the entire job. Dealing with the head of the firm providing service work is always your best bet and that?s just what we experienced as Kevin Bellisle is the owner and the sole employee. Kevin?s years of experience and knowledge of the products involved was very apparent. Once he had obtained the needed parts he called us again to set up a time to do the job. He arrived on time. Kevin made the needed adjustments, lubricated the entire system and installed both reversing systems. When Kevin departed everything was as it should be. However, on the following day, the older door failed to reverse. We called Kevin and he came back again (on-time as usual) with some replacement parts he had at his shop. Unfortunately, no matter what he tried, the reversing system would not function correctly. He called the Manufacturer and they said that the main lift assembly would need to be replaced (for $350), as replacement parts to repair the older units were no longer available. We considered the replacement option but declined this option as the older unit and all other features were still functioning. I felt we could get along without the seeing?eye reverse feature. We thanked Kevin for his good efforts and parted as satisfied. After several days, however, Kevin unexpectedly called us to say that he had located a used unit that he had repaired several years ago that was in storage at his shop. He wanted to come to our house to swap it out with our older unit. He did just that and now everything works, as it should. He did the swap and provided the additional service call at no cost to us honoring his original quote. That was impressive. He really went above and beyond. I will need a set of replacement doors in the near future as the wood is not holding up and I would not consider doing business with any other firm but Bellisle. Kevin is first rate in my book. He takes pride in what he does, is a man of his word, and is indeed a class act. He has my highest recommendation. Services Rendered: Quoted at $155.00 to adjust, lubricate and install seeing eye safety reversing systems on two garage doors.
