Very disappointed in the work done on our home. Wooden windows were repaired BUT one of the storm windows was damaged when removed to access the work. One of the crew CUT some of the frame off. When it was reinstalled it was put back upside down and, therefore, you couldn't open the screen. We contacted Wayne to correct this. When this work was completed, and the crew had left, we noticed the damaged frame and a 1 inch gap at the top of the frame. We contacted Wayne again and stated we were very unhappy. He sent a worker, who came to the house and removed TWO storm windows, the damaged one and an undamaged one. The job is still not complete, they still have both storm windows. We contacted Wayne to inform him that our credit card payment is on hold (in dispute) until the job is done to our satisfaction. Please note: if my husband had not noticed the gap in the storm window frame we would have never known that it was damaged and it would have been left undetected, potentially allowing rain and snow to enter behind it..
