Google5Called at 8AM Monday 1/19 & despite horrible weather conditions they were true to their word & arrived around 1 PM. They replaced broken overhead coil spring on 16 Ft x 7 ft garage door. It was completed quickly & in a professional manner. They advised me they lubricated & adjusted door & I swear it was never that smooth operating. This is the second time we've done business with this company & I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for residential garage door service.

Google5I've been meaning to write a review ever since our doors were installed last winter. I was very happy with the doors and service! Randy and Jack went above and beyond at the time we were collecting estimates. The other day we noticed one of the doors had lost a bolt on the opening mechanism and was having trouble opening/closing. I called and they put me on the schedule for the next day. The service tech was quick and friendly, and he even sprayed the rollers with lubricant for us. I would 100% recommend this company to anyone looking for garage doors!

Google5I came home from work on Sunday morning at about 1am, and my garage door would only raise a foot. I discovered a broken spring was the cause, so I called and left a voicemail to Buffalo Overhead Door at around 2am. I got the call back around noon on Sunday, and said they would be at my home between 1pm and 4pm Monday. When I informed them I had to leave for work around 1:30pm, they said they'll move my time up to accommodate me. At 10:30am Monday I got the call from Scott, that he'll be there in 10 minutes. 25 minutes after he arrived all repairs were made, and he lubricated the entire garage door too! Works like a brand new installation now, and very quite. I was very satisfied with the price too. I would recommend Buffalo Overhead Door to everyone.

Google5Yesterday, March 9 I called Buffalo Overhead Door to request a service call for a broken spring and cable in my detached garage. It was early in the morning and I left a message and I received a call back within an hour from a very nice gentleman who asked me what I needed. He asked if I was available the following day and I said yes and he advised I should call at 8:05 AM and he will give me a timeframe for an appointment. I forgot to call but at 915am a great guy showed up. He looked at the issue and quickly got to work. It’s not even 10am and the garage is fixed! The serviceman gave me some advice on how to maintain the new parts and was on his way. I truly appreciate the excellent customer service, the friendly interaction with both Buffalo Overhead Door employees, and the quality work I received. Interactions like this are few and far between these days and I highly recommend this company to do work at your home business or anywhere you need overhead door work installed or repaired. I will be recommending this company to friends and family

Google5I wanted an inspection of our garage door since we'd moved in about a year ago and winter was approaching. Precision door had suggested a new door and mechanism. I called them when I discovered that they did the original install in 2017. They came out, said the door and mechanism was in fine shape, pointed out a few things for me and charge me $0. In my opinion this is a trustworthy, reputable company.

Google5Great service! East to make an appointment and they were able to make the service call the next day. Scott, the tech who I dealt with was very personable and did a great job updating some of my garage door equipment. Reasonable prices, as well. Would definitely deal with Buffalo Overhead Door again. Thanks!
