Unfortunately, the garage installer from the Kaz company was injured. He was not going to return to work for about 6 weeks. Therefore, rather than make me wait, they sent an installer from another company. He was professional and seemed to do a quality job. Had no problems related to the installation. I would recommend the Kaz company to others. Their price and warranty are very good. Services Rendered: Installation of New insulated garage door and garage motor.

John did the service he and his assistant were very professional, informative, and courteous. John spent the extra time explaining the required maintenance for maintaining optimal garage door functioning. I appreciated their honesty as I thought I would have to replace the garage door. So the repair cost was a pleasant surprise. Services Rendered: Replaced a gear on the garage door chain, lubricated the rollers, chain, mechanisms and readjusted the garage door.

After a missed appointment & an annoying customer service experience with Hamburg Overhead Door (see my review on Western New York Door) I called these guys from Raynor. They told me they had a cancellation & a tech could be over in a few hours. The tech showed up as promised. He worked quickly. He was professional & experienced. He gave me tips on how to maintain the opener by myself to avoid having to call them back for easy stuff. He showed me how to operate everything including the keypad, remotes & wall mounted control module. He also gave me tips on the garage door I had, even though they did not install the door themselves. It was nice to have a company & a professional behaving & doing things like they should. I will definitely be calling them in the future if I need anything for my garage door or opener. Services Rendered: installed a new garage door opener

Everything with this purchase was excellent. The price of the door was not the least expensive quote I got but with the extra insulation, the quality of the hardware, and the warranty I felt it was the best value. Mike, the salesman I spoke with, was very informative and did not use any high pressue tactics. When talking about price for the different doors that I looked at he was careful to distinguish between the amount I would have to write a check for and the amounts that I would get back through rebate and tax refund. The installer called me as he was on the way to my house and arrived at the appointment time. His work was clean and very professional. When he was done installing the door he showed me the proper way to maintain it (what to use and where to spray). There was a rebate for the door and he had all the paperwork filled out and sorted so I only had to put it in an envelop and mail it. He also had the tax forms for the current rebate all filled out and ready to go for me. When we were shopping around one of our concerns was if our old garage door opener would work. We had not had a working garage door in a few years. I told the saleman that I would prefer not to buy one but would if necessary. I also told him that I would need to have a working garage door opener the day the door was installed. The installer inspected the old garage door opener when he got there and didn't recommend a replacement at that point. He was able to make the necessary adjustments to the old one which saved me about $300. Services Rendered: New 2" thick (R value 18) steel Affina garage door installed with all new hardware. Old garage door opener hooked back up and adjusted for new door. Price included a 5 year warranty on the installation and a lifetime (as long as we own the home) warranty on the door and hardware (including springs). Price above reflects the manufacturer rebate but not the 30% tax rebate that it will be eligible for.
