Matthew accompanied me to the display model, answered my questions and gave me additional information. Len-Co Lumber orders and sells quality products at reasonable prices and offers excellent service. I recommend the Buffalo store on Seneca St. to everyone.

BBB4This is a revision to my Review from 9/15/21 the owner of Len-co lumber contacted me personally to apologize for how the matter was handled by his staff. He assured me there would be additional training provided to his staff members that were involved to ensure this would not happen in the future to another customer. In addition he refunded the cost of the materials that were incorrect as well as the delivery fee charged. This is how the matter should have been handled from the start! Nice job to LEN-CO for making things right!!
