Ralph originally installed my garage door ten years ago and did a great job. When I needed a new automatic opener I did not hesitate to call him. His team came out and gave me options for a new opener and once I chose one, installed it in a timely manner. A true family owned business, they take care of the customer every time. EXTREMELY fast service. VERY Friendly on the phone. Did spill a 5qt jug of used oil on my driveway, attempted to clean it up. All great, but if it were my staining someone’s driveway I’d be apologetic and probably knock a little off of the price instead of keeping at highest end of estimate. Did not apologize, told me how there wasn’t a lid on it, insinuating no wrong doing. Picture after I used some brake cleaner on it. It’s pretty stained and not exactly small.

My garage door had been making loud thumping noises when opening or closing for several days. I found a couple screws on the floor and saw that the garage door opener track located on the garage ceiing was no longer connected to the front mounting bracket. I called Rand R and explained the situation. He was in between calls, and even though my location would take him out of his way to his next call, he said he'd be right over. He was there in about 20 minutes. Not only did he reattach the garage door opener more securely than it was originally, but he also checked my second garage door opener to make sure it was securely attached and oiled both garage doors. Very professional, very dependable service. I would definitely use his service again. Services Rendered: Reattached garage door opener to the front mounting bracket.

They charged $65. I needed my centers replaced, so I already had bought the centers. There were some issues through the wires and everything, so I just needed them to install the center. I was very happy with their service. They came out quickly and did exactly what they were asked to do. They were very professional. I can't really say anything negative about them.
