Google5The patio door looks great. Our old door seemed fine until we discovered the sill plate had rotted, but this door blocks all noise. Our sales associate worked hard to meet all our requirements, and our installers completed the job with minimal mess, which was all cleaned up.

Google5I highly recommend Big L Doors. They replaced our kitchen sliding glass doors onto our deck seven years ago and just recently our front entry door. Travis is very knowledgeable, gives great advice and recommendations. He is also extremely patient… I was very indecisive about my decisions even up until the day before installation. The installation team of Conner and his crew were outstanding. They did a phenomenal job from beginning to end.

Google5New update: Craig and his team came up with a solution. They were able to make a trim piece that covers the white! Dave and his team came over today and everything looks great. I thank Big L for not forgetting us after they got their money. They worked hard to make things right. Thank you everyone for what you did. Update: after looking over the windows, many of the edges of the windows were not coated very well. I know this isnt big L's fault. I brought this to Craigs attention and they are going to fix the seams. Now the biggie. Be careful if you buy windows that aren't white. The window has a white edge around the outside of the windows. You need to put a brick mold around the edge of the window. I did not so they are going to try to come up with something to hide the white. Bought new Sunrise Renovations windows from Mike. Very informative on the products that they sell. I shopped for 6 months looking at so many different window manufacturers. I ended up with the Renovations because I felt you got the best bang for your buck. The Marvin fiberglass windows are a great product but just too rich for us to afford. The install crew showed up promptly on time. Dave was the lead installer and was extremely friendly but professional. The rest of the crew also was very courteous and hard workers. We has 14 double hung windows, a casement and a large bay window installed. We have the light oak on the inside and earth tone on the outside. Windows are beautiful! Going with the antique brass latches topped it off. They had all the windows in Monday and trimmed out the inside Tuesday. Everything went well and can't say enough on what a nice job they did. There was some small issues with the windows them selves. But when looking at all companies it seems like an industry wide problem. But easily fixed. I would highly recommend Big L as your choice for windows. In the pics the siding is off. That's because we are replacing all our siding next week so I told them to leave it off. Thank you so much for everything!

Google5I am beyond ecstatic with the Big L crew. First off Derek,Scott, Frank, Mike and EVERYONE else were amazing. We had such a large crew it was kind of hard to remember all their names but everyone was incredible. We had a pretty daunting task replacing every single window and storm door in our 1910s farm house and honestly I’m sad we don’t have more windows for them to replace 🤣. Our entire project was completed within 2 days and I cannot say enough good things about the team and the work they put in here. Incredibly satisfied and they will be without a doubt the only name in windows and doors I’d suggest to anyone looking. Again thank you for all you have done here!

Angi4Overall it went very well. John Zito came on time and completed his work quickly and efficiently, with a minimum of disruption. He had earlier asked about the door manufacturer and torsion spring, so that he would have all the needed parts. I had recently bought the house and couldn't answer all his questions, but was able to give him enough information so that he could bring the right parts. Services Rendered: Replaced torsion springs on my garage door.

Angi4I thought Zito Quality Door did very good work. I would recommend them to my friends. The price was right. My neighbor got a similar door installed from another company and paid much more than me. Zito offers great workmanship at a great price. Services Rendered: Zito Quality Door installed a new conventional door on my garage. The door was 14 feet wide by 7 feet high.
