Google2Do NOT give this company any money up front and definitely none until the job is done to your satisfaction. Initially all was sound. I sent pictures and measurements for what I had.... Very simply I had a 40 year old garage door that needed replaced. They picked out a replacement for me and sent me a quote... we scheduled the job. They made an appointment to install and no showed. I had to contact them and they said they had issues with their supplier. They would be out first thing the following day. They did show up around 2 the next day. Door was installed but they had an accident in the garage and ripped down a shelf and put a huge hole in the wall... that is still there. Because they got there so late they didn't have time to finish. The door wasn't tensioned properly, and there was no slide lock or handle.... Items he blamed on the manufacturer. He said he would be out the next day with the missing parts and he would tension the door. Like an idiot I paid them in full. Three more days I boarded my dog so he could come work on the door and he always flaked. Once I told him I had another technician coming out to finish the door, he did show up. He installed the slide lock and tensioned the door. It works great and looks nice .... But no discounts for damaging my property, or leaving a huge mess for me to clean up, or costing me $240 in dog boarding fees for missed installs and follow up appointments. The garage door company I called to finish the work he had left undone knew exactly who I had hired. That speaks to their reputation. I only wish reviews had existed like this when I was making my choices.

Google1This is a sad review to write. We used Daniel a few times before and have had great services. When we had issues with our garage doors recently we called him up again. He told us we needed to have the garage doors replaced. We trusted Daniel and didn't think twice about ordering doors from him. I gave him $4,000 deposit back on November 1st. Our doors were supposed to come in December 4th. we had to contact Daniel to check on if our doors were in and when he could install them. He told us that his wife was in labor and that he could not right then but would get back to us right after. We said that was fine. When the day that he said he would get back to use came and went we again had to call him. This time he had to deal with his "Pops" passing away. We empathized and told him that we can wait. then that day came and went and had to reach back out to Daniel again. This time he was rude and said he was not sure when he could get back to do our doors. At this point it was January 10th. 2 months and almost 2 weeks after he took our money. I gave Daniel several opportunities to make this right and he has not done so. He has completely ghosted us and I have had to result in just trying to get my money back. Beware. Do not do business with Integrity Garage Doors.

Google1if I could give no stars I would, this is the most dishonest company I have never dealt with! Daniel is quick to take your money and never show up. when you try to get a hold of him (if you can) he will give you bogus excuses, one after another. Word on the street and in the garage door field, is there is no garage door wholesaler that will do business with him . I wouldn't recommend doing any kind of deals with Daniel or this company. he will take the money and RUN!

Google1This was a company and individual that we previously spoke very highly of and recommended to others, but I have no doubt that these one star reviews saying Daniel took money from them and ghosted them are very true and not "fake reviews" as the responses state and this has now happened to us. He took several thousand from us November 1st as a deposit on new doors, and though he didn't ghost us directly after, had personal reasons for being unable to install our doors over and over again. Because of the gravity of the reasons he stated we gave him the benefit of the doubt and were patient for a long time. But the fact is he kept sending mass texts to us to let us know we were his top priority but they were going to every one of his clients. Even our son's number which we attempted contacting him with once since he wasn't answering our other calls. His communication was extremely lacking the entire time. He never even told us if our doors officially came in. I have no idea if they were even ordered or not. He had a few different dates he told us he was going to install, then when we got that date we would have to contact him to see if it was actually happening and he would give yet another reason as to why he's not coming. After a couple of more weeks went by we finally said we need a resolution that week. The response was dismissive and he stated we can't get a refund because then he'd just have these doors and even if we went with someone else to install we'd still have to pay the remaining balance (which was originally supposed to include the actual service of installation). Then his extremely limited communication became absolutely nothing as that was his last response. So yes, Daniel, whom we formerly respected, screwed us out of $4,000 and does not have the "integrity" he claims. I will update this review if we get a full refund of $4,000 to state as much.

Google1Hired Daniel in September 2023, paid him to get parts to install new garage doors on a new build, he had no problem taking our money and never showing up. It's now been 3 almost 4 months and we have no garage doors and no response from Daniel. I WOULD not recommend this company unless you like throwing money away!

Google1When dealing with any repairs to your home make sure to always get multiple quotes . do research, inquire local distributors. , ask friends and neighbors who they like etc but don't go entirely by reviews cause they can be bought, fake or written by friends My neighbor was scammed by them. They requested payment up front for a new door and never returned and will not return their calls ! We have since contacted some of the local distributors only to find that integrity also owes them money Integrity-far from it.
