Google4Our overhead door broke so I called Overhead Door because they installed our garage door. The technician was very nice but informed us we needed new springs and motor, so they had to come back with the parts. They came back the next day and replaced everything needed. They did give us a senior discount. I went on their website and found a 20% off materials coupon. Being in the service business for over 30 years I would have told a customer of any way they could save money. No one offered me information on clipping that coupon. After several emails that never got answered I finally decided to call. The woman that answered in no way cared about my concern and then just hung up on me. I would make sure you check their site before having any work done.

Google1I asked that my door be installed using my existing door opener. The installers made it clear that they *really* wanted to sell me a new $600 opener, but did install with my old one as asked - but turned up the down pressure so that when closed it was severely bending the rail on the opener to the point it would likely break with repeated use. I complained and the installers came back and loosened it so much that there was a very noticeable gap at the bottom between the door and the garage floor. After calling the door manufacturer and the opener manufacturer, both concurred that there should not be a problem, i called other installers to get the problem fixed. The first, recommended by the door manufacturer, refused to help, citing known, persistent problems with Overhead Door of Cape Cod installs. The second came out and quickly fixed the problems, pointing out several other problems with the install that they corrected in short order. Well worth the $120 charge, which shouldnt have been necessary.

Google5Very happy with my experience. Called to request help with worn springs and a general garage door tune up on a Cape house we purchased recently. They were able to fit me in quickly, the garage door tech arrived on time, and he answered all my questions and made some good recommendations. Happy with the overall service, knowledge, and delivery at a fair price. Glad that they had all the parts on hand / in the truck that were needed to replace necessary extension springs and guide wheels, and to install safety cables. Everything was done on one trip!

Google5The appointment was for a new garage door opener because the universal remotes I bought to work with existing opener didn’t work. They were able to get the remotes to work, add a keypad and program my home link in my car. All was done in 10 minutes. The techs were super helpful. They didn’t try to sell me the new opener. We will be customers for life!!! I highly recommend this company.

Google5Absolutely the best. My garage door motor needed to be replaced. While they did a fabulous job on that, they also put WD 40 on all of the hinges, checked all of the other parts of the door, etc. All at an extremely reasonable price. Best service anyone could ask for.

This company did exactly what they said they would do and when they said they would do it…While the lead time to receive the new custom door took a long time - they informed me of this before I placed the order and in fact their estimate for delivery was in the right month. They arrived the day they said they would and within the allotted time. they were professional, courteous, friendly and had the new door installed in less than the 4 hours they estimated. They cleaned up perfectly and then they were gone! The new door is GREAT

They quickly diagnosed the problem and had the necessary new motor and accessories with them and were able to complete the job in less than an hour. I especially appreciated their willingness to adapt the new door opening electronics to both of our vehicles.

Angi2Not well. I called them they called me back not when I asked them to. They would leave a message and then when I called them back I could not get intouch with them. Even with intervention by Angie's List I never was able to schedule an appointment and I never got my money ($100) back. Very frustrating. Updated 7/5/2023 Not well!! I have been trying for over a year and a half to get the owner to call me but we have yet to make contact. I have left several messages he has tried to call (I'll give him that but never follows through when I return his call. Playing alot of phone tag but with poor communication in between. Services Rendered: They were suppose to inspect and fine tune our garage door (s).
