Google5Shane is, hands down, the VERY BEST. I had been cancelled 3-,prior throughout my waiting days and I really was ×÷=/<+. I DO NEED FOR YOUR SEARS ORGANIZATION TO ADJUST MY WARRANTY AS OF 10/03/2025--it is the minimum a customer might expect from the three -cancelled dates I spent wasting all those days from 8-5. Shane, however, is an "eleven (11)" on a scale from 1-10.

Google4Unfortunately after the repair was completed went to use my washer it flooded my basement. Tried to call sears not a good number to talk to anyone. What is a good number The part came today know I have to wait to Aug 4th to fix my washer. This is unacceptable.spending more money at the laundry mat. Taking. Time off from work plus they charged me another 100 deductible.

Google5Shane K. Is an incredible technician. Very professional and personable. He diagnosed the refrigerator leak issue with the ten year or older tubing. He ordered what was needed to complete the repair job. Informed us exactly what he was doing throughout the entire process. I felt like he was a member of the family with the time he took and the true concern for making sure our refrigerator was in tip top condition. He is a credit to the Sears Company and an expert in appliance/electronic evaluation and repairs. We were truly blessed in having Shane assigned to our Kenmore refrigerator repair job. Google1Seemed very knowledgeable and suggested tips for long-term maintenance. Update: The dryer is not working again. I'm very frustrated and have called to have the warranty I signed up for cancelled and refunded. I'm going to just buy a new dryer.
