They even apologized for making me wait until the afternoon since they couldn't get there in the morning! Did the work, cleaned up and explained how it worked, and even quickly lubed the other door that I hadn't complained about.

I had the great fortune of meeting Dan from Sullivan Overhead Doors while at ACE Hardware. I let him know what was going on, and he and Mike came to the house the very next day. Both Dan and Mike are friendly and professional and fixed the overhead garage door quickly and efficiently. I couldn't be more pleased. They also shared important information on how to maintain the garage door to keep it working well for years to come; and how to use it properly to feel safe and secure. That type of info is invaluable, and I'm grateful to both Dan and Mike for their expertise and years of experience. In my book, they are the go-to folks for everything that has to do with overhead garage doors.
