BBB5Had Premier Plus out after a hail storm to look at my roof. ******* who came out had came out the same day I called. Had great customer service and was thorough with his inspection. He offered us great advice and what we needed to do to move forward. Would highly recommend and use them again for any future needs.

BBB5Simply the best at what they do. I have had nothing but excellent communication with their entire team. Professional, prompt, and personal in each encounter. Their prices are not only competitive but reasonable when it comes to completing their jobs. I would recommend their business to anyone I know, including my own friends and family. BBB1Premier Plus co-owner, sales manager, and the estimator all misrepresented several aspects of their business with false promises and commitments, which misled and convinced us to sign a contract with Premier Plus. SM stated replacement of skylights was a standard with total roof replacement. He said it was also required as a part of their lifetime warranty; they wouldn’t risk any leakage with their lifetime warranty. This made a lot of sense and accordingly we signed an agreement with them. Additionally, taking care of insurance related paperwork and supplements were all part of the job Premier Plus offered and agreed to do. It was very misleading. Much of the work Premier promised to do was left unfinished. This also constitutes deliberate and willful disregard of their own Homeowner Agreement. Their repeated promises for a full roof replacement “of course with the skylight replacement”, along with their guarantee that the homeowner will have no out-of-pocket expense above the deductible, in our opinion, show Premier Plus’s fraudulent inducement that convinced us to hire them for all of our after-storm repairs. The estimator of Premier Plus: “Priority is the roof then siding and gutters." After agreeing on replacing the skylights with the same brand Velux, we tried to follow up before the roof installation date to make sure the skylights had been ordered. Premier Plus managers were very reactive and rudely dismissed our questions bragging they knew how to handle their job, and there was no need to remind them. They committed repeatedly they would take care of the skylights. On the day Premier Plus team worked on our roof, we sent an email to SM, “As per our agreement you were going to R&R 3 skylights. But the workers don't seem to know anything about it. When are you planning to replace the skylights?” Afterwards we sent 4 certified mails to follow up. Never received a response or explanation what their plans were to finish the project in an honest and fair way.

BBB110/25/2022 Premier Plus Storm Team didn't go by their guidelines and they didn't go by the shingle manufacturer guidelines when they installed the new shingles on my home. As of 11/20/2022 me and my wife noticed there are already shingle down in the yard.

BBB1I think that this company does NOT have good customer communication. They claim they want the business but communication is very poor meanwhile the house is need of repair so that it can be re-rented
