What a great guy! I called quite early one morning because our almost 2 year got locked in her room and, for some reason, the door has a front-door-type lock requiring a key that we do not have. He led us through opening the door via FaceTime since that would be easier than him coming to us. We were quickly on our way, and we made it to work on time before we could panic (too much). Brian (B&M Lockout) responded in just one day after the initial phone call for a change out of a broken front door knob lock. When he arrived (on time as scheduled), he also replaced the deadbolt with a matching same key which also matched our garage side door. He was on time, courteous, professional and very mindful of his surroundings with the carpet and made an excellent effort to keep the area clean . Professionalism is still alive in Philadelphia.
