Google5Lee is the best technician without a doubt. I called 2 garage door companies out that had absolutely no idea what was wrong with my door ad how to fix it. Lee who's been in business for 10+ years immediately identified the problem and solved a simple problem in 10 minutes that 2 other garage door companies couldn't even identify between them. 5 stars is a understatement

Google5Amazing job. Custom door installation on shed. Service was unbeatable and the owner who showed up to complete the job was really awesome to work with even with some changes midway through the installation. They put the customer first and really try to make everyone happy. The quality of their work was unbeatable and he never cut corners. I would highly recommend.

Google5I called Tri State Garage Door Repair today and was able to get an appointment the same day. I spoke to Lee on the phone and he was very open, honest, and accommodating. Ryan was our service tech and he was great. He is very knowledgeable and was very courteous. I'd highly recommend them.

I needed emergency service and called around to a few companies that either didn't answer their phones or wasn't available until Monday, and then I found Tri State Garage Door Repair. They were extremely fast to respond and came out immediately to help. They did charge me a emergency fee but yet I kind of expected and understood that. Google5Great service! I knew I had a broken torsion spring, but there was also some damage to the top panel where the door connects to the opener. The technician that came out didn't have the correct springs on he's truck so he went up to north jersey in the same day to have them made came back 2 hours later and done a wonderful job replacing our the springs and reinforcing the top panel. I highly recommend Tri State Garage Doors as they will do whatever they can do to make a customer happy.

Google5Ben knows he's stuff. I called several other companies to repair our commercial garage doors and no one seemed to know what they were doing. It's very unusual but true. That's when I found Tri State Garage Doors and they sent Ben out and he repaired our doors in one day with he's helper. Ben deserves a rais for sure. I'll be recommending Ben and Tri State Garage Doors to every one I know. Awesome experience.
