The track on our garage door somehow got unaligned & we couldn't open the garage door. My husband called them in the morning, they arrived in the afternoon, it took the guy only 10-15 minutes to fix it. Super fast friendly service. I would recommend them.

They've been out to help us several times over the years....when we first moved in and had troubles with our door, they came and replaced the motherboard on the opener under warranty. Later, when I was having trouble with the door going down/staying down, they treated me so professionally when they realized it was the sun interfering with the 'eye' (instead of making me feel dumb for not realizing it myself) and offered to move the eye to the other side (we haven't had issues since!). Recently, when the springs sprung on the door, they came the very next morning and replaced the springs and had us on our way within hours...at a super reasonable cost! We've had super great service from them every time.

I would never do business with Champaign-Danville Overhead Doors. I called them, spoke with the owner Lynn to ask her a simple question and she hung up on me. I called back and she yelled at me. This is not a way to treat a potential customer or to anyone for that matter.

We're more than happy with the service we received from these guys! I sent an e-mail Thursday evening explaining our issue. We got a call Friday afternoon from Tim and he was at our house within 30 minutes later. The inspection/estimate was free and he advised us on how to fix the issue on our own at a more affordable price which we greatly appreciate as first time home owners - we're learning and saving money at the same time. Usually I'm a diy kind of person but had a structural problem that involved taking down the garage door coil. So I emailed & they responded within minutes. They were able to get a technician out the next business day to fix it. The technician was prompt, friendly, & fixed it so fast. Good customer service, prompt, fast, courteous, & they did the job without dallying. What more do you want?

I destroyed a drive belt on a very old model garage door. Over the phone Mr Rew took my description (no # available) and mailed me the proper replacement with a bill for about $6. Next time I called them, their service guys replaced a broken spring within 1 day of the call for a very reasonable price. As good as it gets!

I called these people and talked to Patti and told her the overhead doors didn't open when I punched in the code. She asked me several questions and had me check a couple things while she stayed on the line. Turns out all I needed was a new 9-volt battery in the key pad. I may have felt stupid for a couple minutes but after that I felt fantastic because Patti, by means of patience and simple good will... saved me a bunch of money and further frustration with our overhead doors. I will never call any other business than this one for overhead door issues. Wow, an honest company and one with a lovely lady handling the office. We called in the morning, and they were able to come the very next day. They followed my directions to call when they were on their way, and came within the window that their scheduler had given me. Vendor installed the overhead doors when the house was built. When a spring on the one overhead doors broke, I called them first. Took them a couple of days to show up. Once they were here, a new spring was installed promptly. Later, in the mail, I received an un-itemized bill, which was a lot higher than I expected it to be. I contacted the office to make sure the bill was correct, and was assured that it was. I requested an itemized bill, and was told I couldn't have one.... as they didn't provide itemized bills. After asking multiple times over the next few weeks for an itemized bill, I was finally provided a basic list of materials that had been installed at my house. It included TWO springs, instead of one. This finally explained why the bill was higher than I expected. An itemized bill would have avoided a lot of hassle and confusion. They should have known that my door only had one spring, as they had installed it when it was new. For some reason, it was assumed that it had two springs. I will not be using this firm again, despite that they installed the overhead doors on my house. I will use another firm in the future. Services Rendered: Replaced overhead door spring.
