Google1They installed our garage door and 4 years later, the installation proves their quality. Spring has broken, rod is bowed, wood is cracked completely….. they only offer a 1 year warranty (90% of other door companies in Charleston offers lifetime warranty on their materials) 2 other companies that I have hired to look at it tell me that it was completely installed incorrectly yet they refuse to accept their work. Have a text message with their sales installer telling me the wood should not have been used but now refuses to admit he did anything wrong. Do NOT do business with.
