They were sent out by our home warranty company. The problem was not covered by the home warranty. They replaced the spring. We continued to have problems. They were difficult to get in touch with. We finally called another company. The technician adjusted the door. The technician also said that the spring was sized wrong. My husband talked to Mr. Johnson. He was willing to correct the problem if it continued. We had no further problems. Services Rendered: Tension spring replaced on garage door
