I needed a $10 part. Owner went above and beyond to help me out. One of his guys were in Charlotte picking up some parts. He brought me the part and met me out of his way. Sold it to me without any delivery fee. This is obviously the type of business you want to deal with.

Our garage door had been deteriorating but it still worked until finally the bottom frame broke in half and we could not raise or lower the door. We contacted several garage door companies. We had two other responses but Doors by Nalley was the only company that could come the next day. They came, examined the door and explained it would have to be replaced. We had suspected that would be the case because it looked like if we just tried to lower it, it would completely fall apart. They ordered a new door and promised to have it the next week. Meanwhile, they patched up our door with metal braces which allowed us to raise and lower the door until the new one was installed. The next week we called, they had received the door, made an appointment to install it, showed up on time, installed the door, explained to us how to lubricate it and left us happy, enjoying our brand new garage door. We have nothing but praise for the professionalism and friendliness of all those we came in contact during this process and we highly recommend this company. Services Rendered: Replaced our broken garage door.

Great Service Services Rendered: I called Nalley's when the spring broke on my garage door. They were able to schedule in a very timely manner. Showed up on time, performed service to replace broken spring and even changed the light bulbs in the overhead fixture for me :-) Great Service!

great Services Rendered: I have had a problem with this door for years. Buford met with me, we discussed how to address and he fixed it better than new. I spent more money with 4 different companies over a 5 year stretch than I did on one complete fix with Nalley. He quoted me $775 and when he ran over by $50 he called to tell me what he had run into. This is the type of small biz guy we need - call him.

A spring on our wooden garage door broke, and the door would go up only with difficulty, stopping and starting. I called them as there was a service decal on the door from years ago, before we bought the house. The lady who answered was very helpful, explained the situation and my options, and offered to have their serviceman come out the next morning. When I realized they are way up in Denver, I offered to call a closer company, but she said they do lots of calls all over the metroplex and would be happy to help. The serviceman could not have been more pleasant or knowledgeable. He explained everything very thoroughly, gave me an exact price, and made a temporary fix so the door would work while parts shipped. Several days later he returned and installed the new springs. This company appears to be a great, local, family business. Services Rendered: Made service call, assessed problem with broken overhead door spring, made temporary fix, ordered new springs, returned to install them.

Beautifully. They asked all the right questions about trim options, sealing, etc. They they delivered them so that they could be stained before assembly and installation -- and returned to install them. Everything was highly professional, and the doors are the envy of the neighborhood. Services Rendered: Designed and built custom mahagony doors to match front doors, then removed old doors and mechanism and replaced with all new.
