Google5Our garage was taken care of in a very timely manner and very professionally. Our service technician was Owen, he was friendly, worked with my very busy schedule and did a great job installing our new door, I had to leave before the job was done and when I returned you could not tell anyone had been working on such a big job, we had a new and working garage and no mess whatsoever. Highly recommended

Because of Owen, I now understand simple, practical steps for routine garage door maintenance, which gives me confidence moving forward. He was patient, polite, and extremely knowledgeable. There was no rushing, no guessing—just calm, expert service delivered with integrity. Frankly, Owen is the kind of employee every company hopes to have. I strongly believe Owen deserves a salary increase and should absolutely be used to train other staff. Google5I promised I would come back and update my review to 5 stars once my matter was resolved. As such, I’d like to say that Tony is friendly, professional, and fast. Although I had an issue with the initial fix, great customer service makes a world of difference. Garage motor is working wonderfully and it’s nice and quiet.

Google5Owen came out to fix my garage door clickers that I hadn’t been able to get working, and he had them fixed within two minutes. He then went above what I expected by completing additional maintenance on my garage door to help it stay functioning properly. Communication was excellent, they kept me informed about arrival times and were even able to move my appointment up. Owen was extremely professional and took the time to show me how to properly sync my garage door clicker in case I ever run into this issue again. Highly recommend!

Google5My garage door stopped working a week ago. Jerson and Owen showed up on time, quickly diagnosed the issue, explained it clearly, and replaced the failing parts. Super professional, fast, and tidy — in and out before I knew it. Door works perfectly now. Highly recommend!

Google5My garage door was not opening or closing, I made a call to get it fixed and garage door and more came out within 3 days. Jerson came by the house right in time and was very well mannered. He quickly took a look at the door and within 20 minutes he had it fixed. He walked me through the repairs and he had me open and close the garage door, everything was perfect! He did a great job and he was fast too!!
