Google5My only complaint is that I can’t give 10 stars. MJ did a great job. Everyone was great to work with—Michael, Walker, Olivia, Steve, Kate, and the contractors. Kate is a machine. Steve, the owner, isn’t afraid to go out to the job site and get his hands dirty. Our project included both a renovation and an addition, and we plan to use them again for future projects.

Google5We used MB for a complex basement renovation (creating a new staircase through an under stair closet to a new finished basement and a full bathroom) and bonus room expansion last year. Other contractors had told us the job couldn’t be done but Michael and Danny made it a reality within their quoted timeframe. They were organized with good communication throughout the project. When hiccups occurred (as in any renovation) they handled it efficiently and ensured we were happy with the end result. I have great trust and confidence in their work and they are a pleasure to have at your house. Danny became like a family member and you’d find him pitching in on random home projects outside the project scope. Their pricing was fair and we added additional scope throughout the project due to the ease of doing business with them. Highly recommend the MB team!

Google5Steve Schell and our Majestic Builders team were amazing to work with. My husband and I sing their praises regularly and highly recommend them! Our project manager, Daniel, was ahead of every challenge we might face during the work, very communicative, and conscientious regarding how we planned to use the space. In total, our project lasted about 6 months. We enjoyed working with Majestic Builders so much that we were sad when the project ended. We had a wonderful experience with this project and certainly plan to use them again in the future!

Google5Majestic Builders reconfigured and renovated 2 bathrooms, refinished and restored our 96 year old floors, repaired and painted all walls and ceilings and brought life back into our space! We had a great experience working with the team. Michael was very professional and helped answer questions throughout and ensured things were moving smooth. We really enjoyed Taylor who completes most of their bathroom remodeling. He was very knowledgeable and took great care in the demo and construction. He often said, “If this were my house, I’d want it done…” and that helped build trust early on. We’d definitely recommend Majestic to others looking to build or renovate.

Google5We were thrilled to partner with Majestic Builders on a recent renovation off of Augusta Road. They drew up amazing plans and executed a beautiful renovation of a dark and dated kitchen to a gorgeous and open new kitchen and living space. Our firm finished the space with new finishes, fixtures, lighting, furniture and more. We will look forward to many more projects with this custom builder.

Google5We had a great experience with Majestic Builders. They were tasked with demo-ing our old home down to the studs, then doing a complete renovation and addition. It was a 9-month project and they were working everyday. Majestic subs out some small aspects of their work, but they have great in-house people that do excellent work on the big stuff. Michael served as our main point of contact throughout the project and was awesome to work with. He was responsive and receptive during our project and never gets stressed, which was important for our sanity. Chris is their in-house carpenter/all around handyman, and his work is excellent. He made such a cool hydraulic window/bar feature going from our kitchen to our screened-in porch. There were times where we'd have half of an idea, Chris would brainstorm, finish the idea and make it reality. My wife and I are so happy with our new house. We've told our friends to use Majestic Builders for any of their home projects. I know that we will work with them again in the future.
