Google5One of the springs snapped in February 2026. The company was out the same day to get the job done which we really appreciate. Hunter, the installer, is outstanding. Extremely professional, friendly, and one of the nicest people you’ll meet. He did great work and represents the company well. Thankful to have a business like this in Matthews.

Google5This company came out to our store and completed a much needed job!! The job had basically been pieced together time after time by a previous group of different people and it was never fixed properly. I submitted to have this project (a huge side door gate) fixed again due to the huge gap that was in the door. When Neighborhood Garage Door came out and fixed it, I was so excited to see that the project had now been completed to my standards!! Finally!! I was amazed at what the gate actually looked like afterwards. This is a commercial, business gate that had constantly been pieced together and to see what they did to it afterwards made me so happy! To see that the gate was finally fixed and I didn’t have to worry about it looking and being tacky, took a huge load off my shoulders!! The guys were professional and worked extremely hard to correct other's mistakes for all that time! I was so happy to see what the guys did to secure this properly and to have it looking for presentable!! They did a ton of work to get it straightened out and to our standards! They went well above and beyond with this. They knew exactly what to do and how to do it. I can’t thank these guys and this company enough for doing such a wonderful job at The Home Depot for me!! Job well done and I would absolutely recommend anyone in the need of any of their services to book this company ASAP!! Thank you guys again for everything that you did!! I really appreciate that!

Google5Adam and his team were incredibly helpful. One of my businesses had a robbery Saturday morning and I needed our back door replaced. We could not close the pharmacy without it. I called several businesses locally and everyone said it was Saturday and they could not help until Monday, or they just didnt pick up. Adam had plans with family but broke them to help me out. He arrived with his team, assessed the damage, which was substantial, went to Home Depot to get the necessary parts and patched up our door. He is helping us order a replacement and to improve our security moving forward. He did not charge me any extra for the products he got from Home Depot and even got us a discount there, never mentioning any of it. I highly recommend using Adam and his team at Neighborhood Garage any time you or your business has a need. Very reliable and solid work. Thank you.

Google5AWESOME !!! This place is amazing. We had a garage door emergency at 8am this morning and we called immediately. Victoria helped us over the phone and she was sooo nice ! She was sweet and very helpful. Then Jamar came to our house to fix the issue he was very knowledgeable and helpful! He explained to us what he was doing before he did it and cleaned up after he was done. I would HIGHLY recommend them and we will be using them again. Super happy with this service.

Google5The springs on my old doors were worn out so I had to have them replaced. Neighborhood Garage suggested to replace the doors too since they were cracked. I went with Clopay steel backed insulated doors. My garage is 10* warmer, saving me energy costs. I highly recommend them.

Google5Anthony didn't miss a beat on promptness, assessment, parts replacement and calibration. He also aligned the door perfectly. It seals better now than when a competitor from a few years ago repaired the springs and much better than the original install when the house was built. Great work! Called at 9am to schedule and everything was completed by 11:30 the same morning. Excellent service.

Google5Look no further, Neighborhood Garage Door is who you want! A small company that provides excellent service with great prices. We called them on a Saturday morning after not hearing back from the first company we called. Adam was able to come out to our house within a few hours and was even able to come earlier than he expected. He called ahead to make sure the time suited us. He was courteous, friendly, and professional. He explained exactly what was wrong with our door and quoted a price right on the spot. Now we have a smooth running door that no longer sounds like a train coming through our house! Thank you Adam and Neighborhood Garage Door! I highly recommend this company!

BBB1Called Neighborhood Garage and got an estimate for replacing broken spring. Got the estimate and scheduled service/replacement of springs. Estimate cost for springs and installation around *******. Scheduled for same day service ****pm. Then was pushed back to 3-5 pm. Didnt arrive until 5.15/5:30. Job was completed in 30/40 minutes. Service technician presented be a bill for $1267.00. I had a very forceful conversation and told him I wasnt going to pay this bill for what was told me on a previous phone call to schedule the work. I told him to deinstall the springs. I also told him to have his boss contact me. Very anger and frustrated at this point. The service technician called the company and provided me a reasonable bill. The service technician came back to me an said they had provided the estimate in note form to the work order but the technician didnt look at it. Problem solved..?? This was Friday evening and Saturday afternoon the garage door doesnt work properly due to a pulley and wire malfunction. Door will not close properly. Afraid to keep trying to open/close the door to prevent any further damage. Call for service and the agent answering was not very pleasant. He told me I had to wait until Monday for warranty service. I again was getting very irritated that not even 24 hrs. had passed and I now had to wait until Monday before I can either close my garage door or secure my property. I again find it disturbing that they dont stand behind the workmanship and want to current the situation but place me in a warranty category and have to wait on a job that was inappropriately done in the first place. Oh did I mention the agent on the call was very argumentative and didnt seem to understand my situation or take responsibility to correct a job done I would strongly NOT use this company.

BBB10 stars! This is the worst company I have ever dealt with, it has been over 2 months, made order early February, talk to Steven and he look at my house on line and order doors and said it would take 6 weeks for black doors, okay. March second week in March they came to install and the doors were to big! Installers ask did any one came to Measure doors I said no he took it off the website looking at my house. So they return the The doors and ordered the right size they said it would take about three weeks. I have called Steven the past three days and have never returned a phone call but today he called me this morning March 8 and told me they were not on the truck that they may be on the truck Thursday. I told him they're not on the truck Thursday I want my money back and cancel the order

Angi1Technician said it needed a full motor service and charged 152$ for less than 5 mins work by just pressing the reset button. Also threatened to walk off and just be paid for the visit. Totally unprofessional behavior. Services Rendered: Graragr door was not closing properly

Angi5First, my old garage door was off track and could not be closed. Called at 7 a.m., got Adam, not an answering service. He sent out Anthony that morning who did a temporary fix. He said the rollers may go off track again. No pressure but he did show me at my request a new garage door. Since my final home, I got a Gallery Ultra grain garage door with windows at the top. The Oak Walnut finish matches my front door. It did take 3 weeks to order which was what I was told. I was thinking about a wood door, but Anthony said much more expensive and the metal doors really look great which is true. Anthony showed back up day of installation just to say hello and check on things. Impressive! The installer was Darius who was very knowledgeable and courteous. At the end of the installation he took the time to show me the Wifi features and key pad. The whole team were friendly and professional. Services Rendered: My 20 year old garage door came off track.Rather than repair I got a new garage door.
