Google4When I called for someone to come out to look at my garage door, the first thing I was told, that there is a $95 fee just to come out. Once you have this digested, we had agreed on a time slot of four hours. As promised I got a call 30 minutes before the mechanic would be here, it took him about 20 minutes to fix my garage door for a sort of reasonable total of $150. He was very friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. Did a very good job

Google4The technician was nice, knowledgeable, skillfully thorough in adjusting the garage door which was off tract and very fair in charging me for the repairs. He even answered all of my questions et his explanations were easy to understand. My only complaint is the company's routine charge of $98.00 as a routine service charge to come out plus $160.00hr for repairs is a little steep for its services.

Google5Called them out for an issue with our garage door opener, the technician was very thorough and discovered a bad motor. Due to the age of the opener we elected to replace it. Our technician, Jack Cromer, had one on the truck, he quoted me what I thought was a very fair price. When I asked he gave me a Military discount, and waived the diagnostic fee. An hour and a half later we are operating properly, he explained everything and cleaned up the area. I manage a service company and expect my technicians to deliver quality service. Jack delivered an exceptional experience and is an asset to your company!

Google5I made my appointment online and was called back quickly to confirm my time. I received emails, texts, and calls with excellent communication. Taylor was actually able to get me in earlier than scheduled window. Repair of broken spring handled quickly and professionally by Taylor. He is friendly and seems to enjoy his work. Overall an excellent experience and I would highly recommend.

Google5We were the last stop of the day for our service tech, Jack. Running a bit late, but arrived and quickly checked and serviced our garage door. Biggest issue we had was no working remotes for our 15 year old system. He had the parts and quickly programmed our new remotes. Once here, fast professional service.
