Google5Wesley was quick to diagnose the problem, explain why it happened and how to fix it. ProLift contacted my home warranty program (2-10), they approved the repairs and we are back to normal now. They came out Friday afternoon, and the new unit was installed Thursday morning. The install was fast and the old parts hailed away. I would definitely recommend ProLift of Rock Hill.

Google5My spring broke the day before the storm, and Prolift was the only one who could come out the same day to fix it. Free estimate and my appointment time was between 2 and 4. Peerson called right before 2 said he would be at my house in 15 minutes. When he got here, it didn't take long for him to tell what was wrong. He said it would be fixed in 30 minutes. He was great, friendly, and cleaned up after he was done. I was very satisfied with Prolift and Peerson.

Google5I'm very happy with the service Prolift provided. Prolift came to service and adjust my garage door quickly and professionally. The technician, Wes, was on time, made the necessary repairs and gave us some future recommendations to help extend the life of the motor. While it was my wife who was home at the time, she never felt unsafe or like the tech was trying to push her into more than what was originally quoted. Wes was very professional provided us some suggestions for maintaining the motor and door now, and what to plan on for the future. I would highly recommend Prolift and will be using them in the future.

Google5Called in after 5:30PM assuming I would receive service the next day. A Pro-Lift representative handled my call immediately and had a technician at my house within 30 minutes. Peerson Goss provided exceptional service repairing our garage door and I'm extremely satisfied with the communication throughout the entire process. Do not hesitate to contact this company as your first choice in garage doors as you will not be disappointed.
