Google5The seal on the bottom of my door was damaged and in need of repair, I talked to the Owner, Kyle, and he was super informative and told me what I needed to do to get it repaired. Protech was fast, thorough and extremely reasonable providing and going beyond Expected service. Highly recommended great company!

Google5My garage door opener decided to take a break, and I was a bit stumped. I checked our HOA Facebook site and saw that our president had a suggestion for fixing garage door woes - ProTec. I reached out to them, and the owner, Kyle, was super friendly when I shared my issue. He set up a visit later in the week with one of their tech guys, Chase. Chase quickly figured out that my garage door spring was busted. My house has Wayne Dalton garage doors with the Torquemaster system, and the springs are hidden. Chase gave me a few options, but he strongly recommended the Torsion Spring conversion. He explained that it lasts longer (Torsion Spring 30000 cycles vs Torquemaster 10000 cycles) and is easier to maintain. I went with his recommendation and did the conversion, and guess what? My garage door is working like a charm! ProTec was amazing and gave me a fair assessment of the repair options for a reasonable price. I highly recommend them for fixing your garage door needs.

Google5I had a really great experience with the folks from ProTec. They came in a very timely manner and they were able to diagnose my issue very quickly and make the repair. The technician was extremely polite, and was easy to work with. I also did not experience any sticker shock when it came time to pay. I highly recommend these folks!

Google5Chase was phenomenal. Answered the phone late on a Sunday and got me in the following morning. Was on time (actually came a little early because he knew I wouldn’t be home anyway), and super communicative about the issues my garage door had. This is one of those rare businesses that genuinely want to just help you with the problem, not sell you a bunch of stuff you don’t need. The last garage door company I used charged me hundreds of dollars to basically say “clean your sensors more often”. With Chase I paid less than I imagined I would, and the whole process was so easy. Saved his contact and will be using Chase for anything garage door related moving forward.
