Google2In the September 2023, Mr. Smitty installed a new LiftMaster garage door opener and belt rail. Both came with a 4 year warranty and one year warranty on parts. Recently, the LiftMaster garage door stopped working. I asked Mr. Smith to come out and take a look which he did. He worked with Chamberlain to identify the issue. Chamberlain mailed the parts of my house, and a technician (from Mr. Smitty’s team) came out to install the replacement parts. When the technician left, he didn’t give me a receipt for the work or the payment. I reached out to Mr. Smitty, and Mr. Smitty said he would send it over. I also mentioned at that time that the technician did not use all of the parts sent by Chamberlain and asked if Mr. Smitty would like to have them. After two weeks (it was during the Holidays), I had not received the receipt so I reached out to Mr. Smitty again, reminding him. He apologized for the delay and said he would send it over (but I never received it). A few weeks later, the garage door opener stopped working again and it seemed to be the same issue as when I first contacted Mr. Smitty. I contacted Mr. Smitty once again, stating the original garage door problem was back and reminding him that I never received the statement of work or receipt for my payment. To date (approximately 3 weeks later), I have received no reply. I’m extremely disappointed, as Mr.Smitty has always been responsive and very accountable for his work (to include sending invoices and proof of payment).

Google5Smitty responded quickly to my call and came over fixed my garage door early next morning. He’s team is supper professional and got all the jobs done in about an hour. He also helped me lubricated all moving parts and changed the light bulb. Great communication, great service. Definitely a five star.

Google5What a great experience! I had called a competitor for weeks and they never got back to me. Found Smitty and he called me back in 5 minutes, had the tech (Patrick, who was knowledgeable and humble) had garage door openers for both doors ( we didn't have any previously) new rollers for both doors and Patrick discovered a broken spring on one of the doors and we got that replaced as well. Will definitely recommend! Thanks!

Google5From the initial call to the completion of the job, it took about two hours. My son knocked off the weather seal metal strip on the bottom when he was backing out. While the garage door still closed, I wanted it repaired. They came out, did their thing, and provided maintenance to the door (inspecting rollers, hinges, lubricated parts, etc). Happy camper, and would definitely do business with again.

Google5I had a great experience with this company. Our garage door was jammed on the track.The time from my call to job completion was 2 hours. The associate Patrick was skilled, efficient and polite. Our door works perfectly now. Patrick explained the needed repairs. Their fee was very reasonable. This company is amazing!
