I had the pleasure of buying a garage door and had a great time working with Greg Moore. He did what he promised to do and on time. He sent a quote after I met with him at the show room/ distribution warehouse where I saw exactly the garage door I wanted. The installation went perfect and Greg came afterwards to be sure I was satisfied. They offered a price close to two other firms but I trusted this company. There are many garage door companies that rip you up off (I had that happen). We love our door and glad we bought from Southern Fireplace and Garage in Charlotte!
