Google4Great job! Ian was great to work with from the start. Very nice person. The installers were super experienced and also did great work. I did need to ask that my blinds (just one) be put back up, which they did after some hesitation. Also, I suggest the installer demonstrate how to use ALL of the windows with the customer. I was shown one which was OK. But after they left, it took me a couple tries to remember how to tilt the window in and make sure they were locked properly. I figured it out… But in hindsight, it’s good practice for them to demonstrate on all the windows and not leave it to the customer who may be overconfident. All in all this was a GREAT experience! I’ve already recommended it to others.

They are very professional, friendly, knowledgeable and keep you informed on all stages of the installation process. Google5World of Windows saved our home! Initially we needed to replace windows due to water intrusion. Those windows were replaced and the new windows stood out, they looked so good and modern. We replaced all of the windows in our home. The work was completed in o e day. The crew was timely, professional, and some of the nicest people I've ever met. Google5We had a fabulous experience from the sales call all the way thru to installation. Our sales representative spoke about their company's product, service and warranty and answered all of our questions. He was easy to talk with and also was very responsive to our text after the sales call. The 12 month price and the buy today price was the same. That to me was the company standing behind their product as well as their people. And they did not try to guilt us to sign today. We had great communication to set up our install date as well as letting us know when the windows arrived. The install crew was professional, courteous, efficient as well as did a beautiful job with the install. The finish work and the clean up was amazing. We also had 1 window that came in the wrong size, the crew notified the office right away, they reordered the window and within weeks it had arrived and they arranged for the install. Great communication! Fabulous service! Loved their price!!!

Google5This company is top notch. They far surpass their competitors as far as pricing and especially service! There is one price ... (no back and forth with "let me see if I can talk to my manager"!). No gimmicks, just an honest price quote. Trevor was up front with recommendations and our realistic expectations. Then the install team came in. Willian and his crew work like a well oiled machine. 29 windows in one day. My house has never looked better!

Google5We had two sliding glass doors installed recently and we absolutely love these doors. The installers were very respectful with the way they treated our property and us while installing them! They even hauled off the old doors so we didn't have to! Highly recommend and we will be ordering 3 more doors after the first of the year!

Google5The sales guy Bernie was nice, informative, not pushy. Their sales process makes sense - great value compared to one other quote. The wait for manufacturing was not long. The install crew Willian, Christian and Sebastian did a great job. I love the windows!
