Expert Services charged me $89.00 for one time inspection, and although the office said they would send someone Tuesday, the repairman came Monday which was a holiday. I was charged $100.00 emergency fee. I was charged $255.00 for dual Capacitors total $444.00 the first time he came. The next day he came back because the HVAC still was not cooling the house. I was charged for R22 4.3 lb @ $150.00 per pound total $600.00, charged for stop leak $275.00, adjustment of SC & SH $225.00 for a total of $1,200. Grand total of $1644.00 without it being repaired! He overcharged me. I am a widow and am taken back by the audacity of these charges!

Washer wouldn't drain. Guy came out and looked at it. Said he could hear the belt squeaky. Didn't do anything as the Washer did drain fr him. Called back today maybe a week or two later. Washer is making a grinding noise and very slow to spin which is making my clothes to wet to dry. Called them back and they want to change me an after hours fee. Bull crap service.

Not trustworthy! Refrigerator not cooling. Service tech came out, put his ear to the side of the refrigerator and diagnosed it as the compressor, cost to replace, $1,800.00. Told him compressor had been replaced 2 years ago. He said they must not have replaced with newer, upgraded compressor as required. He then pulled out refrigerator and said guess they did, here's the sticker with the information that shows they replaced with the correct, upgraded compressor. He then said we probably had a leak and would cost $1,200 to fix. He never checked anything and charged us a $65.55 service call. Before he left he offered to buy our refrigerator if we decided not to fix and get a new one. Called another service company the next day and they repaired for $200 and it's been working properly since. Was unbelievable he put his ear to the side of the refrigerator and expected us to believe he had diagnosed the problem. If they were going to try and take advantage of us, I'm sure they use the same tactics on the elderly and folks on a fixed income that may not know they are only out for the money!
