Google3Glenn did fix our refrigerator by installing a part in the bottom freezer however he sat his drill inside the freezer on top of our food items. He also didn't secure a cover piece which fell off behind the drawer after he left, and now needs to be put back on. Glenn is clearly a competent repairman because refrigerator is cooling again, but he could be more considerate about how he operates on a repair job.

Google5Chris came out for preventative maintenance on my dryer and he was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. He took the time to explain everything clearly and provided great education throughout the process. I wish he could be assigned as my preferred technician for all future service calls!

Google1While they, (sears), did find the issue the service technician told me several times about the fee and nothing about future details or attempt to help me in any way. This was AFTER I was told and confirmed I could get an appointment 3 days earlier and no one showed or contacted us. Been OVER a week to hear that my only issue was gas shut off. No idea if I'll have to turn on a pilot light to restart heater.

Google1The first guy that came out was nice enough, but wouldn’t listen to me when I told him that I knew what the issue was. Instead, he just filled up our freon and said it was good to go. No big issue , but when a new tech came out the next week to find out the problem I told them was the actual problem, he refused to work on the unit because of its “location“. Ironically, they had just worked on it the week prior. They said they would send somebody else out and then we never heard back from them. They ended up canceling our service claim through our home warranty and now we’re starting from the beginning.

Google5He was scheduled for 12/3 rescheduled for 12/2 tech diagnosed problem said part would be in 12/10. Tech called me on 12/5 said part was in he would come this am to install part. He came at 10am installed part and was finished by 10.45. Very happy to get heat back on again.

Google5Bill is awesome. He was professional and did all he could to help fix our dishwasher. Chris came out and helped as well. He was also wonderful. The problem with Sears is that it is all AI and you can’t get ahold of a human. It took 6 visits to help. I do not fault the technicians at all because they were sincerely trying to do their job. I do think Sears could grow in customer service!!

Google4The tech was great, he fixed my dryer in a timely manner at a reasonable price. I was not happy with the customer support though. The app said he was going to be at my house around 11:19 but he didn't show up until 1:20 and the app was never updated with the correct time. I had a lot of things I needed to get done, but spent almost the entire day waiting on the tech to come. I tried to chat on the app but it just gave me robotic responses. I called the phone number, but only got robotic responses. Felt like I was a hostage in my home waiting for the tech to come. Was not happy!

Google3I was disappointed in the 4 cancellation and the 5 rescheduled appointments. I ended up use 10 hours of my vacation time to support the arrival 2 different times which never happened. Once the technician arrived they were courteous and clean up well after the appointment.
