I needed a new garage because the original slab built about 50 years ago was disintegrating. After a thorough search on the internet, I got an estimate from A-Windy City Garage and ended up hiring them. A-Windy City Garage did an outstanding job tearing down my old garage, including slab demolition, and they built me a beautiful new garage. From first contact, A-Windy City garage was professional, cordial, and very easy to communicate with. They built the garage on schedule, in a reasonable amount of time and at a reasonable cost, and they handled getting the village permit. My new garage enhances the look of my property and is as solid as a rock. Everything works like a charm. I have gotten nothing but raving complements about my new garage. The project started of slowly with several scheduling and "sh*t happens" snafus. However, now that my door is installed, I couldn't be happier with the outstanding quality of their work. They got a "B" instead of an "A" for responsiveness on account of not informing me immediately when they weren't able to keep their first appointment (I had to call them and ask where they were). However, communication improved as the days went by. They also gave me a slight discount to make up for the delay. It was worth the wait. Vince (the boss) was able to give me an estimate over the phone when I gave him the dimensions of the door I needed to replace. I am glad I used them and would recommend them to others on the basis of their high quality work. Services Rendered: Installed entry service door on garage, cut down and installed buck frame, sealed and caulked around opening, installed new keylock set.
